These smart thermometers are easy to connect to WiFi. They seem accurate. The reported temperature is consistent with another sensor in the same area. The reported humidity is consistent with the official weather station a few miles away. They work well with Alexa.

A little quirky but good
This thermometer works well with a few reservations. The initial setup wasn’t too difficult, but not quite intuitive, and no feedback to acknowledge much of the input you provide. If you change from Celsius (default) to fahrenheit, it says “changes will take effect a next wake up”….whatever THAT means. I also wish it would refresh the data more than only once/hour.Having said all that, it does measure temperature and humidity and report well. I had to guess a bit for the initial setup but ultimately I get it set up fairly quickly. It’s nice to be able to monitor from anywhere you can get on the web.

Almost good sensors.
The sensors connect pretty easily and seem to work fine. Accuracy is acceptable. Two major deal breakers however:1) The batteries last like 3-5 days. I’ve tried two types of nimh rechargeable, and also alkaline. The batteries in my Bluetooth temp sensors last for months.2) The iOS user interface isn’t clear. It will display a temp, but it isn’t clear if this temp is updated. I’ve noticed on multiple occasions that you can open the individual sensor screen in the app and it will show a temp, however with no indication at all, it will change dramatically. I’m interpreting this as the initial temp reading is whatever the temp was the last time it updated, then after a min or so, it will update again and read accurately, but since there is not visual indication that it’s a current read, you can’t trust the number you see.Last, and this isn’t a deal breaker, the historical reading of temperature is a beautiful and simple graph, but there isn’t enough resolution to the timescale to gain any appreciable info from it. You can’t tell when the different points are on the graph. There might be a time stamp or two, but you have to interpolate or extrapolate when you think the data is from. A little annoying.So, hopping to hear back from OEM here about perhaps something I’m doing wrong, but if not, I’ll be returning these for something with better battery life and better user interface.

I know have a total of six of these devices around the house, working with Home Assistant. I have not been using Home Assistant for long, but I found integration to be fairly simple and all the devices are now reporting temperatures and humidities from around my house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

I bought a set of these on December 21 2025 promptly put the batteries in them to test it prior to leaving on vacation. One worked as it should and still is. The second one worked for a couple of days and then showed a low battery alarm. I thought ok I’ll change the batteries likely just cheap ones supplied. After about 3-5 days the warning appeared again. This time I went and purchased brand new Duracell batteries and replaced them yet again. The warning after a couple of days came again. Unusual… so yet again I replaced the batteries this time with new Eveready lithium batteries hoping this would fix the issue. Unfortunately I had to leave on my vacation. Now while I’m away it failed yet again. Unfortunately the return date expires before I will be back from vacation to return these for a refund. I do hope that Amazon will accept this f or return or replacement of the faulty sensor on return. Unlikely though.Buyer beware….

Put thermometer in a building we heat to 10C for the winter. Saves me having to go to building to check on temp. So far (one week) it works well. App loads easily and no subscription or fees. Have been checking it against an old school thermometer and it appears to be accurate.

Works great. I can no monitor house temperature while away in winter. A big relief after our last trip, coming home to a failed furnace. Fortunately it was unseasonably warm for Canada January winter temperatures but did spur us to finding a monitoring solution. Most comparable products are 4 times the price!
