I’ve been using the JOVS 4D Laser Mask for two weeks now, and I have to say, I’m genuinely impressed with the results so far. This mask is the answer to my skin care issues! I am completely over-spending so much money at the Med Spa and I am taking matters into my own hands purchasing what I need for my skincare so I can do it myself. My husband was sweet enough to gift me a different mask but it didn’t work out for me. Not only was it rigid but tightening it was impossible so I had to secure it myself. I am extremely claustrophobic and have asthma so I needed a mask that would be effective but didn’t feel suffocating. This mask design is so soft and flexible, and is so comfortable! I feel absolutely no anxiety wearing it whatsoever. It is easily adjustable and it is actually relaxing to wear. It even has a clip for the controls that I can clip onto my clothes and walk around and get stuff done around the house while I wear it. I have been receiving red light therapy for years and have noticed a marked improvement in my skin texture. I was a bit skeptical at first doing this skin therapy at home but I noticed it delivers noticeable results with even just one use. I have redness on my face that is now gone thanks to using this mask and can feel my skin tightening around my face. The mask is not only comfortable, but also user-friendly. Which is great for me learning to use it for the first time. While the upfront cost may seem high, its benefits outweigh the investment compared to frequent spa treatments which have cost me thousands. Now I finally have an effective solution for healthier-looking skin without having to pay to go to the spa. I am so over the moon happy with this mask!

Never Turned On, JOVS SUPPORT IS AWFUL
I was so excited to try this mask. Sadly, the mask NEVER turned on. There is a blinking light on the charger but the mask itself never once turned on. I emailed Jovs support thinking maybe it was user error and perhaps I didn’t understand how to switch it on and the response was appalling. No trouble shooting information, no assistance. I would be heartbroken to spend nearly $1,000 on a mask only for it to break a few weeks later. Due to the customer service response, I am going to have to return this product. If they can’t assist for a brand new product that was sent faulty, I know they won’t help if the product goes out after a use or two. I also noted similar reviews when doing my research. I do hope this product is what it says it is, but the lack of customer service support makes me think they aren’t trustworthy.The response from Jovs Customer service when I inquired about the mask issue was:Hi there,I am sorry to hear that but I regret to inform you that we do not provide order services sold by Amazon, Target, or other retailers.
