In love with this so far. I use this for my neck and shoulder pain due to much stress and this helps relieve some of that pain and stress. My muscles feel more relaxed after using it. It fits around my neck very well . Great purchase

Works great. Everything as described. I spent quite a bit of time comparing the functionality / mode options on this one vs. similar alternatives and decided on this one as my research suggested the pulse options were more valuable than the option other models offer to operate in 660nm only vs. 850nm only vs. both. Still, I wish this model also had the option to operate 850nm only as the 660nm lights are quite bright when using at night and not really necessary when not targeting superficial layers of the skin (per my research). Nonetheless, I think this model is probably the best choice for upper back / shoulders / posterior neck. I’m happy with it.

Loving this! I got a red light belt recently, and a red light mat for Christmas which I returned because the lights were embedded in plastic which had a chemical smell and wasn’t soft of flexible on the skin. Hello sitting on a pleather chair with bare legs – yuck.THIS ONE is soft fleece. Super skin friendly, not sticky or stinky. Gets so cozy warm and I can feel if penetrating deeper than heating pad.Adjustable up to 90 min is great too.

I was looking forward to using this product for neck and shoulder pain. It’s very lightweight so it’s not going to lay against your neck or shoulders firmly. Also, I feel like it’s for a small to medium size person. I returned.
