I have had this for 10 days and the lights are already dimmer and I have to mess around with the charging port to get it to charge. You get what you pay for.

Good, but how do we measure red light to know this is the right range?
Its a great portable night light. I like the dimming and the different light options, but I have no way to confirm this is a therapy quality light, and for the price, I doubt it is. I would take this camping and travel as I like being able to have a red light vs white at night.

Handy Night Light, but Not Real Red Light Therapy
The Finezeal 670nm Red Light Night Lamp is a small, portable, and lightweight night light that’s convenient for bedrooms, nurseries, or camping—but it’s not a true red light therapy device.It emits a pleasant red glow with zero blue light, which makes it easy on the eyes at night. The 4 color modes, auto-off timer, and portability are all nice touches. It’s simple to hang or place wherever you need soft lighting.However, the dimmer doesn’t work consistently, which makes it frustrating when you want to adjust brightness. Plus, despite the “670nm” claim, this is basically just a red LED night light, not a therapeutic red light device.Overall, it’s a functional night light for soft, calming illumination, but don’t expect real red light therapy benefits. Convenient for camping or nursery use, but the inconsistent dimmer and lack of therapy features hold it back.

I ordered this 670nm Red Light Night Light Lamp for Sleep – Zero Blue Light, 4 Color Modes Rechargeable Portable & Hangable Design, Dimmable and Auto-Off Timer for Bedroom Nursery Camping for my father who frequently spends the night with us, but has to get up in the middle of the night to potty or get a drink in the kitchen. Our house stays fairly dark at night, so I thought this night light might just be the thing he needs to get around the house without using a bright light or LED light. We have under the cabinet lighting, but honestly that wakes me up if I turn them on. I had surgery and ended up sleeping in the recliner for a month, so this actually came in handy for myself when I had to get up in the middle of the night with my walker. The red light puts out enough light for those sleepy eyes and didn’t wake me up. At first, I was struggling to get it to come on, but finally figured it out. I also realized it was a rechargeable battery (with a USB-C charger), so it didn’t need to stay plugged in. Once I figured it all out, I was hooked. It’s super lightweight, so if you do take it on vacation, it wouldn’t take up a lot of room in your suitcase and I also figured out that it has a hook/hoop. This would come in handy if you have a magnetic hook to hang this light up in the cruise cabin bathroom for those nighttime potty breaks. It does have other color options, but red is kinda my favorite.
