Easy to use once you work with it for a while
First, this thing has a very weak manual in a ton of different languages. It will give you the basic warnings, give you a badly written overview of the controls and even give you a nice diagram of all the acupuncture points of the human body. This device absolutely expects that you know how to use a TENS unit though.The device comes with 2 sets of 2 different sized pads, for a total of 4 small pads and 4 medium pads. The device comes with 2 wires that split off to each hook onto a set of pads. The pads stick well to the skin, even to hair. They are reusable and the device comes with a holder that you can stick the pads to when you are done. Each of the plastic bags holding the pads are resealable. The device itself holds a decent amount of charge.The interface isn’t bad you can quickly switch between the different modes and the device helpfully turns off the intensity whenever switching modes. I personally found any intensity above 4 to get to the somewhat painful point. The controls are somewhat annoying to use as it’s easy to hit the wrong control and instead of say switching to the right side for controlling you instead change the timer. However both the left side and right side can be on separate modes and intensity which is nice.Overall this is a really well built device but if you do get something like this, know how to use it and don’t rely on decent instructions.

Good belt, weak ems/tens unit.
The belt is decent and works great but the email unit is weak. Not bad when I use my more expensive tens/ems unit with this belt for more intensity.

I like this unit. It’s good quality and has strong currents with several different settings.It will sting /hurt at medium to high level if the pad lifts even a little bit of the skin. I also like how the cord is longer than my last unit.

Very Useful on Sore Aching Joints and Muscles
My wife uses this daily and has found it to be very useful… Special on her shoulder area it works very well at easing her discomfort. She plays lots of pickleball and uses this regularly as part of her recovery for sore muscles everywhere. There are many settings to work with to get it just right… The current is very good and when she uses gel spray it adheres without issue.
