We have two now at home and at our cabin. Gets us into REM sleep. Still experimenting with all the healing frequencies.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work! I have used it of and on for a month and a half and you hear nothing you don’t know if it’s working or not. A friend came over and talking he was skeptical that it works. He plugged a pair of earbuds and it was established that no sound was produced!I’m out $28.00 I want you not to fall for the scam!!! I will stay away from this people that sells this item!

Incredible Device
Ever since I began using this “adjustable frequency generator,” I have noticed that I sleep much better at night. I wasn’t sure if this was really working so I stopped it for a few nights and experienced restless sleep so I returned to using it again, and my sleep improved. So much so that I purchased additional devices for family members experiencing the same sleep problems. I have started using it while doing other things that require focus, like reading, or word puzzles and I believe that it is helping with my concentration. For the price, it’s worth the investment. Oh, and I should mention that you do not hear it, it simple works.

Hmm. Well, I like gadgets.
I am fascinated by gadgets. I can’t tell if this really helps me with pain but the literature says it may. So I will keep using it. The only negative I have is my concern that the USB micro socket may get worn out from inserting and removing the plug to turn it on and off. How hard would it have been to add a power switch.bSi I added one by using a very short USB mricro with a male plug and a female USB C female, into which I plug a short on-line switch. That will save wear on the unit power socket.

Not What I Expected
I bought this frequency generator hoping it would help me sleep better and relax during meditation. But I couldn’t hear any sounds at all, even when I tried different settings. My dog didn’t react to it either, which made me think it might be broken. I waited a few days to see if it would work, but nothing changed. I was really disappointed because I wanted something simple to help me relax.

I don’t know if it was working or not.
I could not hear anything from this, and I never felt any different after about 3 weeks. Because of these, I don’t know if it was working or not. The directions say you won’t hear anything. I sent it back.
