I have used e-cigs for a few years and have been wanting to use an alternative option that is less harmful. I have seen these devices before, in which the essential oils used allow you to get a nice flavor hit when taking a deep breath and have that satisfying feel when using.I work at home, and some days can be stressful. I have found this device to, one, look unique with a desk setup, and, two, allow me to take controlled deep breaths while enjoying a unique flavor.The kit includes different flavor cartridges that are in a resealable packet, which is great for longevity. The strength is very overwhelming at first, but over time, I enjoy the flavor. Each cartridge lasts about 4 days, but I have found you can rotate the cartridge and extend these longer.My kit came with Strawberry Ice, Watermelon Ice, and Blueberry Ice. Watermelon ice is not my favorite; it’s a bit too strong. I do think I am going to look for more because I do find the flavors to help.I did make a mistake and put the cleaning brush that is included in the kit down the barrel. DO NOT DO THIS; it will get stuck in the spring.I did contact the company for support, and they were not very helpful. The instructions did not advise any information on what the brush was for.So I now have a defective device where the spring is stretched, and it’s a bit harder to move air through.

Lovely stick…terrifying “flavors”
I’ve been looking at these smoking cessation aides for a few years but the price has put me off purchasing.I recall some brands come with a flavor and some are geared toward mindful breathing.I can say this “Breathing Stick” will absolutely NOT be used for the “flavor” provided.The Good: The actual smoking stick is attractive with a natural wood body and a smooth, rounded finish, mouthpiece.The same silver metal is used on the end cap.The end cap turns to adjust the airflow drawn thought the stick.The mouth piece unscrews to reveal a space inside the body of the apparatus for a flavored insert.The kit comes with a brush to clean the stick, including the hole in the mouthpiece.Encouraging smoking cession tips and calendar are included.The Bad: The small sticks “flavored” with essential oils, that go inside the body of the stick will haunt me. I had tothrew them away…outside… to keep the smell from the open packages from spreading. The box is nextbecause the smell is pouring off that as well.The flavors were “Strawberry Ice”, Watermelon Ice”, and “Blueberry Ice” and the packaging claimed theywere made of natural essential oils. Well, undiluted essential oils, assuming that is what they were, are VERYpotent. I tried all 2 of the 3 flavors. They “tasted”the same. Like a spearmint/pinesol blend.I might see if there something on the market that is a better alternative or just try the stick without a flavor.The Wrap Up: The “Smoking Stick” is comfortable and feels natural to hold. It’s well made and looks and feels like aquality piece. If you really want to try this type of smoking alternative the hardware is nice but, I cannotrecommend the “flavored” inserts.
