Very helpful smoking cessation device
I purchased this item on April 22, 2026 it arrived as described. So far it’s really helped with smoking cessation it helps having something to do with your hands when trying to quit smoking. The drawl on the Astofli is very comparable to a real cigarette so it helps trick your brain. The only draw back is the flavor cartridges aren’t very flavorful there’s just barely a hint of any flavor. In my opinion it’s very easy to use and of good quality great value for the price.

Felt more poisonous than a vape
I bought this product to help my wife quit raping. It came with the spearmint flavor, where we were expecting a clean, refreshing mint hit. My wife was confused upon trying it, which obligated me to try it. Well, what I got was an absolute war crime in my mouth. The second it touched my tongue I regretted every life choice that led me to this moment. It’s not “minty.” It’s not even “spearmint.” It’s like someone liquefied a stale pack of menthol cigarettes, mixed it with industrial floor cleaner, and decided “yeah, this is edible.”The flavor is aggressively chemical, bitter, and metallic all at once. And the aftertaste? Jesus Christ. It lingers like a bad ex who won’t leave — thick, nasty, and no amount of water, brushing, or screaming into the void will make it go away. I literally almost threw up in my mouth. My tongue still feels violated hours later.Waiting on the fruity mint versions to show up. If those are anywhere near this level of disgusting I’m probably going to have a full-body convulsion and file a missing persons report on my taste buds.Do not buy the spearmint unless you hate yourself and want your mouth to file for divorce. Hard pass. Returning this garbage immediately.

Horrid
Horrid! I am allergic to mint. All three I only taste mint. Watermelon ice, blueberry ice, strawberry ice! No flavor whatsoever! Just burning mouth and lips! Stay away!!!! Nowhere on site does it list very harsh mint like flavor! Nowhere. And it is a package, in a package, in a package, in a package. Will NEVER buy again.

Good quality, now to see if it’s effective.
Well packaged. I was worried that the part that clasps to the chain would be weak or easily broken but it is very secure. Comes with a cleaning brush as well. Would give it five stars but the flavor sticks/pods are very mellow and so I am researching alternative brands for that. Chain is sturdy and the necklace is unassuming so I am confident I can wear it to work with no issues. Necklace twists at the base so that you can close the air holes when not in use. Hoping this helps me quit vaping and with stress at work.

Not worth it. Didn’t work for me. Awful flavor
Somehow lost the mouthpiece within the first two days of having it. But that’s not the reason for my 2 stars. The spearmint that came with this tasted awful. And honestly, it didn’t feel like it worked anyways. Overall just felt like a waste of money. Only thing I liked about it was the adjustable flow.
