I received my tens unit and have been using it for over a month. It was charged and I used it straight out of the box easily. I couldn’t understand other reviewers who had stated issues getting used to the buttons.. then one day I thought one of the pads wasn’t working and realized they had been referring to the buttons on the pronged part that attaches to the pads. It did take a little use to catch on. I have used my tens unit with complete relief on my shoulder, wrist, ankle, hip, and for my lower back pain. We went on vacation last week and I took the portable unit with me thankfully because due to excessive walking I injured my Achilles and yes it took care of that also. I was concerned after reviews said replacement pads weren’t available however I asked Rufus and was informed the pads last for 45 uses and even gave me multiple replacement pad options to purchase after confirming the type of pads match my unit. I would definitely recommend this tens unit.. I have cut back on pain medications and been more active and happy thanks to it! I’ve been telling everyone they need to try it!

I received this earlier today and used it right away since I woke up with a sharp pain behind my scapula … this unit is true quality! I’ve use TENS units before but they’re clunky and you can’t move around with ease due to the cords. The fact that this is cordless is such a benefit. The pads are sticky, they stay on perfectly and it’s so easy to use. Comes with 2 smaller and 2 larger pads, so perfect for any area you need and there are two host units so you can use two at the same time. Worth every penny, would recommend 100%. Since I just got it and used it out of the box I can’t speak yet to battery life, but it’s still going strong after 30 minutes.

Wireless TENS unit is a good idea, but the reality of it had a lot of drawbacks. The set comes with everything you need, including 4 pads of two sizes, large and small, remote and a charging case. It’s easy enough to charge with a USB C cable, and the charge will last multiple units. The pads are easy to stick on, and have enough sticky factor for a few uses. That’s one of the large drawbacks, eventually the pads lose the sticky, and then that’s it, because extra pads are not available anywhere. The pads do have good versatility between the small and large sizes. There’s a bit of a learning curve between the electrode connections, the magnets, the remote setup, it took me a while to figure everything out. There are a lot of levels of intensity, which is great, you can really figure out which one works for you. There is a good relief feeling after using this unit. It’s pretty effective after use. But the pads are already wearing out, and with no way to get more the value of this unit isn’t as good as I’d like it to be. The price point is also on the higher side

Betife Wireless TENS Unit
I haven’t used a tens unit in years but have been thinking about getting a new one for some knee problems for a few weeks, and then had the opportunity to order and try Betife’s Wireless Tens Unit. The last time I bought a unit, they did not make wireless ones, so that was exciting to consider and it was perfect timing. This is a really nice machine – it’s compact in size and easy to store or travel with. Everything comes inside of a storage/charging combo case, and is nicely packaged in a box that would make it easily giftable. The battery charging cable is included and is a standard USB C. It charges well. There are two receiver probes that are smaller than a silver dollar and have magnetic buttons. The included pads connect to these magnetically. The pads have an adhesive gel on the back, and you connect the pads to the electrodes, remove the protective film, attach both to your body and turn on the machine. You save the protective films to reattach to the pads when you’re done and they’re advertised as lasting 40 hours. To turn the unit off and on, there’s an included remote. The remote allows you to switch between 6 different modes that include options like knead and scrape. There are 16 different intensity levels. I can only go to level 8 before it becomes too intense. This is so easy to use, and works really well – impressively well! Using it for 20 minutes gives me hours of relief. I love that I can use it when I am sitting at my desk working, without running my chair over a cord.The big downside to me is that there are only a total of four pads, two large and two small. While this unit advertises that they are long-lasting, if anything goes wrong with one, it seems like you’re out of luck. They do not sell replacement pads for this at this time. This is such a flaw right now, as any electronics machine should not be considered disposable. At the time of my review, the price on this was $70.99 but on sale for $45.99. For a machine that works this well, it’s only a good value in my opinion if I am able to use it longer term than when these pads are done. I am hoping to be able to measure the distance between the buttons and find replacements that will still work.
