Leaked….be sure to check. But, is a nice unit…… Corrected by amazing Cust service!
OK, I got this about a month ago. Filled it up once. About a week later, I went to fill it up, and it was empty! Odd, I thought…….. since I only used it once. So, I filled it up again, and used it for a night. Fast forward a month, I went to look at the tank, and found that the wood floor beneath the unit was WET!!!!! It was slowly leaking from a hole on the bottom of the unit, beneath the mister. I emailed the company, since it was out of the return window. I a waiting for their reply.Here’s my review on the unit……with the above issue excluded. It looks great! I liked the style, thus my purchase. It works well! Colors are nice. I like the color changes. EASY fill via a pull out tank! What else could I ask for?Now the negatives.#1 The LED for the humidity level is way too bright for me. I could not remove it, since I had it on auto, so, I covered the LED up, and I was fine.#2 The menu on the front is difficult to see. Now, I am old, so, I need light. Yes, I used a flashlight to see, and I am fine. But, I would have liked the menu choices either – light up to select, or, make them WHITE so see more easily.For me, I have it on a table, so in order to see the menu, I need to bend over, or get on my knees to use the menu.The above 2 things are not dealbreakers; (I covered the LED and use a flashlight)…………….But, the leak is. The leak is enough that it should have been caught in the quality control check before packaging; filling the base with 1 inch of water and wait for 1 minute, would have spotted the problem.So, if they come back to me and replace or refund, then I give them a 5 star rating. I will try and update this review by Nov 30, 2025.If you are thinking of this unit………just hold off till I update. Otherwise, should you purchase it………….fill it with water, and then put it on a counter for 1 day to see if it leaks………put something under it to see if any water comes out!Good luck.Update Nov 17, 2025: The company answered my email the NEXT DAY!!! They were very nice, and apologized for the floor. They are making it right! Thank you. NOW………it’s a 5 star rating; customer service is wonderful!Update Nov 20, 2025: My replacement arrived! Great buy!
The lights are not too bright. It operates quietly, providing consistent moisture to the air. The tank is so huge. I can use it for multiple days. And I like the design like a desktop host. It works well in a big room. It’s not just a humidifier, you can add a hint of essential oil and it turns into a diffuser. Will recommend to family and friends.

More of an expensive subpar diffuser than a serious humidifier.
Used in a bedroom of around 350 sq ft.Full tank and at max output barely moved the humidity levels. Unsure of its effectiveness given the lack of difference after running it full till empty with no difference in humidity.Water capacity is decent. Used filtered water yet still had mineral build up appear (or dust?). The whole machine feels flimsy. The parts come off and fall off a bit too easily. Ironically, the water bed is difficult to clean due to the layout of the machine and the parts so I am not confident of how sanitary it is inside.The diffuser is subpar. I purchased a separate diffuser, and it does the job much better than this unit. So, if the diffuser if your selling point, then buy a standalone diffuser. This unit is not great as a diffuser, and the cleaning of the unit will be really annoying.Noise level is good. You hardly hear it. The lighting is cool I guess but serves no real purpose.The point of a humidifier is to raise humidity levels in the room, and this is not great at doing that. Furthermore, the sanitary aspect of the machine is questionable and the cleaning is cumbersome. The parts do feel cheap but that is not surprising given the price is also cheap.I would suggest not being cheap if you really need a serious humidifier. Forget the lights and scents etc. Get one that is reliable, easy to clean and only does 1 job of humidifying.If you just want a bit of moisture and a weak scent lingering in the room, then I suppose this is ok.Personally, I used this about 2 weeks and now it is sitting in the closet.

NOT QUIET
This unit is described as whisper quiet it is definitely not whisper quiet. The specs are lies I did a decimal meter check it is definitely not what it says. The company offered me a slight refund and I took it but I ended up just giving it away because it’s way too loud. There’s a picture showing it in a baby’s room but I guarantee if this was in a baby’s room it would wake the baby up every minute. I got a different humidifier and it actually is whisper quiet. The quiet unit I got is a homvana. I would highly recommend homvana for an actual quiet humidifier
