High Quality Compression recovery boots
I purchased the CINCOM Air Compression boots in size Small. For reference I’m 5′ 6″, 160 lbs. I bought them to help with water retention in my legs and to help move lymph fluids that want to pool in my legs making them look fat. While they are relatively expensive, they seem to be very high quality. The boots cover my toes up to the top of my thighs. There are 3 program modes – recovery, compression, combination – and compression is controllable n increments of 10%. The program defaults to 50% and I dial it up to 70-80%. I use these daily after my workout to keep the fluid moving.I’m careful to put the boots away after each use although the control box stays on the nightstand full time. The connections between each boot the controller takes some practice. The connectors are heavy-duty plastic that just needs to be finagled a little to disconnect -don’t try to brut-stength them apart – just give them a wiggle.I don’t have experience with any other air compression products to compare against but I’m very pleased with this purchase and I look forward to using them each day.
