So Relaxing and Helpful
My mom suffers from shoulder pain, and this device has brought her real comfort. Easy to put on and get firmly in place. Is it supposed to massage front and back of shoulder??
Wish it vibrated on the back of the shoulder. Should it?? I feel a vibration unit in the back as a well as the front. However it only vibrates in the front shoulder. Is it supposed to vibrate in the back of the shoulder?? Kind of feeling like I made a bad purchase.

It would not charge.
Directions are almost nonexistent. I could never get it to charge- after 16 hours, it still wasn’t charged. No explanation as to how long that should take. Said there was a phone number to call for help- there wasn’t.

Pleasant surprised but does smell like a tire.
I was eagerly waiting the arrival of the shoulder red-light strap. The massage options aren’t fabulous but okay. The warmth is the best! The main reason I’m not giving it anything more than an 4 star is because it smells like a tire warehouse. And as it heated up it got worse. Granted I just opened it and used it once after it changed so hopefully the rubber smell will subside.
