Perfect little clock and sound machine
The Dreamegg Sound Machine for Sleep worked wonderfully when my granddaughter came to visit. It has soothing baby sounds that helped her fall asleep quickly and stay calm throughout the night. The machine is compact and easy to operate and set up. The sound quality is clear, and the variety of gentle sounds makes it easy to find the perfect one for relaxation.

I really, really love this. It’s exactly what I hoped it would be! Not only has it met my expectations, it exceeded them! It’s nice and portable in size, and it seems to be built well. It’s powered by a USB C plug.WHAT I LIKE:Plenty of really good sounds to choose from. There’s one button dedicated to relaxing sounds, and another separate button for just for white noise sounds. The speaker sound quality is excellent! Full, rich sound! And, unlike some competing units, I can not detect that the sounds are looping. It sounds continuous, which is what you want. Both the time and the alarm are very easy to set. And there’s a snooze button! Some other brands don’t have that. All of the buttons have a quality rubbery feel, and are raised in the center (so you can tell what you’re pressing just by touch). There is a ring of light at the top. It is designed in a way that it does not shine in your eyes when you’re asleep. You can set your favorite color, and your favorite brightness. Or you can disable the light altogether, if you choose. The time display is also dimmable, and it can be disabled, too. The volume range In everything is excellent. You can set it all as softly or as loudly as you wish. The unit looks attractive on my nightstand, and takes up very little room. It has a non skid base, which keeps it from sliding around. This is an excellent value, in my opinion. I would definitely but this again. I’m so happy I found this sleep clock!

Good alarm clock and sound machine, poor instructions
I was looking for a gradual alarm clock/sound machine combo, with no sunrise feature. After first trying the Dreamegg D1+ (which was too jarring for me) customer support for Dreamegg suggested this model.Pros: the sound machine works as expected and has made a difference in my sleep quality. The timer options are excellent and the number and variety of sound choices are adequate for my needs. The alarm is gradual and not at all jarring. The choice of volume levels is excellent. The ability to dim the display is also a great feature for someone like me, who is light sensitive. The night light wasn’t a feature I was looking for, but I find myself using it more than I expected.Cons: as I have found with 3 Dreamegg products now (D1 Nova, D1+, Portable), the instructions are lacking and in some cases flat-out wrong. For the D1 Nova, pressing the SNOOZE/LIGHT button for 3 seconds, as instructed, will not turn off the alarm. The instructions do not mention that once you set your alarm, it will act as a recurring alarm if you short press the ALARM SET button when the alarm goes off. There are also a lot of buttons. Thank you to the reviewer who suggested putting a dab of super glue on the ALARM SET button, as that has been very helpful for ensuring I push the correct button when the alarm goes off.Overall, I am happy with the D1 Nova as it meets my needs for an alarm clock that does not rely on an app, does not have a sunrise feature but does offer a gradual alarm. Knocking one star off for the poor instructions that seem to be prevalent with these products.

Best alarm clock ever
Great alarm clock. The volume can get really loud if you are a heavy sleeper. The volume is adjustable if you are a light sleeper. Every feature is customizable from volume of the alarm, alarm tone, night light color/brightness and time display brightness. It is powered by s cord, not a battery. Excellent value for money. Size is perfect, does not take up too much space.

I ordered this clock and unfortunately it was faulty. However the customer service I received was second to non. I was dealing with Penny who was pleasant and efficient from the start. She went through the issue with me and when it was clear the model was faulty, she immediately offered to send a replacement. I received it a week later and it works perfectly. The clock is excellent with plenty of nature and white noise sounds to choose from. Penny even checked back with me to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy with the clock. First class customer service!

Amazing product! No looping, no glitching, no switching to a random noise, just sleep. The dimmable feature for the clock this the best. There is a timer but you can also have it to play continuously until you turn it off. Lots of different noise choices as well.
