Only 20 intensities, not as strong as I’d prefer.
Overall look is fine, pads are fine too, but the strength is lacking for me. I’ve tried others and I thought with just 20 intensities they would just be stronger increments compared to the others I’ve used. Not entirely the case. They are a bit stronger to accommodate the fewer intensity levels but don’t quite get where I need it to be. Tried a different one this time where the last one I bought, the on switch broke and felt very cheap, but they increased the price so I moved on.

Bad Experience
I purchased this TENS unit in August because a friend recommended it. It worked fine the first two weeks and then started having intermittent issues. Finally plugging into one of the ports one day found that it no longer fit right and kept falling out.I bought another one, hoping it would be better. I know, what was I thinking??I was going to chalk it up to experience on the first one. But my friend encouraged me to return it since it was obviously defective. By this time I’d had it over 30 days (just barely) and they wouldn’t let me return it. They told me I could send them a video of the problem and they would credit me. Well, I’m not going to attach the pads to my back and try to video it, as well as all of the other steps involved in setting it up. I guess they thought I didn’t know how to use. But I did. I did do a short video of the unit which showed it wasn’t working properly, but the system wouldn’t accept the format of my video!So I ended up returning the second one which I never opened and got a full credit for that one. I’m still out the money for the first one that is junk. And that’s the end of that.

Best TENS out there by far!
I’ve used a few machines and this is by far the very best one I’ve come across! It’s so easy to work – very intuitive but is also robust with mode options! It would take a long time to get through each mode option which is important because every pain can be very unique so you want that variety. They are also unique in that they give you a lot more pads than most other products out there. When I got this, I also got more pads but 3 months later, I haven’t had to open them up yet! Thats speaks volumes! Also got one for my husband – great move!

Quite a kick for a little machine. Great battery life, plenty of pads, easy instructions, helps greatly with nerve problems in my back and knee. Would highly recommend as I can wear it even when shopping as it is light, portable and inconspicuous.

It’s amazingIt’s very helpful especially after hard work or work out. Also it’s amazing how it’s shown all the body spots on the device so you can play it. The maximum time for 60 minutes and that’s great to stay with me until I fall asleep. It has 2 wires to work on 2 different areas separately. The patches very good quality. I love it.

Great little unit. I had my doubts as to how well it would work. But it’s great. Compact, simple to use and it’s helped with my knee pain immensely. Now I just have to order extra pads.

After reading the reviews I was a bit worried about ordering, but for the price I thought I’d give it a go. I’m so glad I did. It’s an excellent buy. I think some of the reviewers didn’t read the instructions on how to use timer and power saving shut off. Also when you change the program the intensity goes back to zero each time.I bought it for pain relief mainly, but have started using the EMS and massage as well.It holds its charge really well. I use it on different areas on my body and it still fully charged. Having the two channels is a great time saver.There’s a guide in the instructions for placement and which modes to use in those areas.So far it’s helped a lot with the pain relief and I’ll update you when I get my six pack 🤣

This product works well, very impressive for such a small package. The information pamphlet should have more info on where to place the pads that is safe and to target certain areas. You should google where to wear the pads as the chest and neck are a nono do to the electrical pulses that could interfere with your heart. Other than that if you are going to use this product regularly I do suggest ordering replacement pads that work with this unit. I would recommend this unit it works well just do your research before placing pads, google worked well for me for different areas I was targeting.
