This is awful, just as another reviewer stated, it says double chin but this is vibration on the cheeks and super loud.It gave me anxiety fairly quickly and it hurt my ears as well since it’s loud as well. I thought it was like my face lead mask but is nothing like it. I am returning it unfortunately. I can’t see how this helps the double chin when all the action is on your cheeks and the strap did not stay in place, it kept falling off.

So far happy with purchase. After 2 weeks I have noticed a firming of neck/ chin/jowels.I like that it is very comfortable to wear and does not require you to sit or lie for a period of time. I can walk around the house and continue my normal routines.
