We have several EMS/TENS units in the house and I have been appreciative seeing the technology improve over the last few years. More and more there are these units that are still specialized to certain areas can still cover quite a bit of different body parts. I’m pleased with the Mastago belt, everything is pretty self-explanatory but comes with great instructions included that are also available in the app.I already had the DOMAS app downloaded for another one of their wireless units which made everything even easier to get going. If you have to download the app first to set up it’s still super simple though. Once you have it downloaded, adding the unit is as easy as the plus sign and you’re done. The app lets you pick between TENS, EMS and RELAX options in the programing and you have multiple intensity levels on each program. The first couple of times I played with the strength in both TENS and EMS and was surprised at how powerful it is overall. You certainly feel it! So, no question this does what it’s supposed to do.This Mastago unit comes nicely packaged with a bag to store it in (always a bonus for me), instructions, a short USB-C charging cord, the main belt and extensions you can Velcro on, a spray bottle for water and the round unit that snaps to the belt. The belt itself is great size, easily fits around my waist with room to spare but I love that it has those extensions if you need extra room, or to secure around back or other areas of the body. The belt itself is kind of obnoxious… but I’m not walking around with it by itself so you don’t see it. My favorite part of this is that it has the pads built into the belt and all you have to do is a light spray with the water bottle … no gel, no extra pads – nada….fabulous!This is a great EMS/TENS belt from a reliable manufacturer at a reasonable price.

Good TENS unit, but I question the “fat burner” claims
I just received this, so I can’t speak on any long-term results or whether it actually helps burn fat or tone muscles. However, it does work exactly like a typical TENS/EMS unit and provides a solid level of stimulation.The belt itself is pretty large and should fit a wide range of body sizes, and the included extender is a nice bonus just in case. I also really like that there are no sticky pads to deal with—it makes setup and use much easier.You can use it with or without the app, and the app is very user-friendly overall. The only issue I ran into is with the measurement settings—it lets you input height/weight in metric or imperial, but the conversion is clearly off. For example, I entered my height in centimeters and it somehow told me I was 63 feet tall. 😅 Thankfully, that doesn’t affect how the device works.It also comes with a convenient storage pouch, which makes it easy to keep everything together without taking up much space. Even if it doesn’t live up to the fat-burning claims, it still works really well as a TENS unit for relieving muscle fatigue in different areas of the body.

This belt works exactly as advertised. A quick spray of water and the electrical impulses come through as well as they do from devices that used the stick on gel pads. The belt itself is comfortable to wear, and the lack of sticky gel means no skin irritation. It’s also much easier to use on the go, since water is usually not too difficult to find. And you can reposition the treatment as needed without having to worry about a gel pad will lose its stickiness.The charge on the unit lasted long enough to complete several treatments throughout the day, and the belt stayed put without issue. The value for the money is great, especially since you won’t have to keep buying gel pads. Five stars.

It works great for muscle contraction
Just got this to try it out.Very well packaged and fast shipping.For being a small unit, it works pretty good. Don’t know if it’s gonna give me a true work out but it will definitely help with muscle pain.I strained my back just before this arrived. Thought why not try it for soreness. It worked.After just one day of use, my back felt much better.Would definitely recommend to anyone.
