I received the EMS muscle stimulator, and I must say, I was really skeptical. BUT, I couldn’t wait to try it. Me and my wife opened the box and tried it. After the 1st initial test and getting a really quick getting used to the pulsing action it did exactly as it was described. It has multiple setting from light to hard core, easy to use, and has an auto timer so you don’t have to keep track of the minutes usage. make sure you use water with it as it will make the conductance better and more comfortable. A great addition to my home gym equipment

This exercise machine has inconsistent strength.
The resistance settings of the exercise machine are not very precise, and the body heat generated is quite obvious. The basic relaxation mode is usable, but the high-intensity training experience is rather mediocre.

Value pack saves money
I almost bought a separate ab belt and arm bands from different brands. This all-in-one kit with three controllers cost less than buying two separate units. I have used this kit for more than 2 weeks, and I feel it’s comfortable, ease of use and it really works, will keep using it for longer time and see the results.

Belt is too short to go around my waist….needs extender
This muscle stimulator seems to work but the belt is too tight…it needs extenders to be included. I did use some Velcro as extenders but it doesn’t hold very well. I need to get wider Velcro I guess. The arm/leg bands could be longer too. Other than being small in size for a good fit, for us larger old folks, the pads are soft and comfortable and don’t irritate my skin. I like that it is rechargeable with good battery life. It’s easy to use and does seem to work. I just wish it was a little larger for a more comfortable fit so I could get the full effectiveness of the device.

The quality of this product is just average. The material is not very durable. When holding it in your hand while using it, you can feel that it is not very slip-resistant.

Easy to use and effective
This EMS muscle stimulator is simple to set up and works really well. The different intensity levels let you start low and build up, and you can definitely feel your muscles engaging.It’s comfortable, stays in place, and works on abs, arms, and legs. Great as an extra boost to your workouts not a replacement, but a helpful addition.Overall, very happy with it and would recommend!

It’s working something, the next day my muscles tell me so
This really works your muscles, I definitely feel it the next day. It feels more like surface level muscles to me. Like you know how a plank works basically everything, but especially your core? This feels like it’s working muscles closer to the surface of the area it hits. It’s easy to get on and use, I usually use this after my strength day workouts, as kind of an add on. My nephew has been borrowing it a couple times a week, and he says he’s seeing results, as a young guy with barely any bodyfat. I assumed this would be gimmicky, and was surprised to have soreness the next day. I don’t know that it could do a ton that you could see if this was the only way you worked any muscle, but it does feel like it’s adding some extra work to my workout. It seems well made, I’d never used or owned one before, but it looks good and seems safe. It’s easy to wipe clean, and fits good enough to stay up, though I would like a way to adjust size more so multiple sizes could wear it easier. I’ll keep using it, it seems like it’s worth a shot for some extra toning.
