My new favorite booklight! This thing saved my marriage. I love to read at night, and my husband is very sensitive to light when trying to sleep. My blue light booklights and even some of my “amber-ish” ones were not cutting it for him so I went looking for a more red light version. I LOVE this light for the color options – amber is great, but the red is where it really lies. The red light doesn’t seem very bright, but it really is plenty of illumination to read by. It doesn’t bug him at all and he can easily sleep with it on. I love that I can increase the brightness on a scale and not just a “High medium low” brightness like my other lights. It clips well, the neck is easy to angle (some of my other lights look easy to angle but aren’t flexible enough to hold a position), it doesn’t heat up, it has a battery indicator which is a huge plus. The battery lasts several days without charging. This little thing will last me a long time! I’m so glad I found this specific model, it takes the best features of all my other lights and is perfect!

Great little light, strong clip, 3 brightness levels. Not the longest battery but good enough. USB-C and the charging indicator turns from red to green when fully charged. Used it for a light for nighttime baby feeding and changing and it’s been perfect.

This seems to be a fine little book light. It has Amber LEDs, Red LEDs, and a way to turn both of them on at once for some reason. The light can dim if you hold the button down. It is a nice size in person, not too big or cumbersome. It seems to get bright enough for my needs and means no blue light right before bed.The people giving this one star saying it won’t charge need to read the directions.You will need to have a simple, slower, 5v, 1 Amp USB charger to charge this. That is like the original chargers that came with older iPhones or something similar. If all you have now is fast chargers that expect to digitally negotiate the charging speed/voltage with a smart device on the other end of the wire, they simply don’t work with this thing. So yes it does charge with a USB-C connection but no it can’t be charged from most modern chargers. They put a piece of paper in the box telling you this.That is a little annoying just because if I am traveling I don’t really want to carry a slow, older charger just for this thing. Chances are, most of us have a compatible charger in a junk drawer somewhere but it should probably be more clear that this needs an older, basic USB charger to work. At least they do throw in a USB-A to USB-C charging cable.

Great reading light
This is the best little reading light! I’ve purchased one for myself and two as gifts. I love that you can make it red, since I read before sleep, and red is less apt to keep you awake and better for your circadian rhythm. It’s rechargeable and the charge lasts a long time. Clips securely on your book and easily bends to where you want the light to shine. The one I bought myself, I’ve had for a couple years and it’s holding up well. If it quits I’ll definitely buy another!

Very good battery life, good quality clip and the colour is very good. Sturdy. I got the one with 3 colour options (amber, red and mix of both). I wish it would go in the order: amber, mix, red instead of amber, red, mix. It does not remember your last setting. Only one button. Lightweight.

This little book light is just right, especially without the blue light!
This is exactly what I needed for reading late at night. Blue light makes your eyes hurt and messes up your circadian rhythm but with this, you can still read before bed without messing up your internal clock. The light is soft and warm and the best part is that your eyes don’t feel strained any more when using it!

This is simply a brilliant reading light. It’s very adjustable with brightness and various angles. It’s very clever in that it doesn’t use any of the blue light frequency that disturbs your sleep process. Just one thing to add, maybe it could be more travel friendly if it folded up for more protection. However this light is simply great. Stop looking and get this one.

It’s not super bright, and it may be not a great fit for an e-book of A4 format, or an e-book with a very glossy surface. I’m using it with my Remarkable to read books, and I’m very happy. I’m sure it’ll work well with the normal sized books as well. It allows to cycle between yellow-redish light, white light, and in-between (the one I use the most).I’m using it about 4 hours every evening – and I battery holds well.

¿LUZ DE LECTURA?Imposible. La medición a sólo 10 cm del foco de luz es de 220 lux a máxima potencia en la luz roja, parece una broma. Lo mínimo para no producir cansancio ni daño ocular son 500 lux.Las dos opciones de luz ámbar son algo más potentes, pero para mis ojos chillonas y molestas. No es el ámbar que imita a luz de vela que esperaba.Si lo que buscas es una luz pequeñita, muy pequeñita en realidad, para encenderla por las noches si te tienes que levantar y no desvelarte, creo que funcionará muy bien. Además, la pinza es potente y parece robusta.A pesar de que el anuncio especifica claramente que es una luz de lectura cuando no es el caso, para devolverla, me encuentro con la sorpresa que ya empieza a ser habitualde que tengo que pagar yo los gastos de envío y mandarla a otro país.Comparada con una luz equivalente comprada aquí en Amazon de “marca blanca” no veo diferencias que justifiquen pagar casi cuatro veces más. Quería que me gustara porque me gusta esta marca y soy muy fan de la terapia de luz roja, pero no ha podido ser.

Bought this as I finally clued in that even on low settings, the Kindle Paperwhite emits low blue light.So, given that there are no “reputable” blue light overlays that you can purchase on Amazon (the only one I could find made dubious claims and had bad reviews), I thought I would try this out.There are many warm book lights that you buy. But I appreciate this one as it offers ONLY warm light options (three settings, low, med, high).Since I use it with a Kindle, at first I thought it wouldn’t be sturdy enough, but once clipped on, it stays in place when I move the Kindle around (horizontal, vertical). The clip also works with my Kindle case (the clip opens wide enough).Light quality is perfect. See the before/after pictures.Haven’t used it enough to test battery life, but assuming it will be as long as the manufacturer states. Other reviews I have read hereHighly recommend!
