Took the lower back ache away
I was quite impressed that the product actually work as great as it does. I wake up every morning with a stiff back and neck. I am amazed that the pain seemed to be non-existent after using this item. The only I don’t enjoy is the automatic turn off but I suppose it’s a good thing because I probably would leave it on until it died. For the cost it’s a great buy for a fast fix for the pains your body may experience daily!

Get the wired one
I purchased this TENS machine about a week ago, and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. As you can see in the photo, only one side of the pad is working properly, while the other side has already stopped functioning.On top of that, the adhesive has worn out extremely quickly. After just a few uses, the pads are no longer sticking well to my skin, which makes it difficult to use the device effectively.For something that’s supposed to be reusable and reliable, I expected much better durability. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

This tens unit happens to be one of the tens units that’s well worth it. It has a big enough pan and the intensity level even on one is extremely dramatic.

Back to the Wires for me…
This unit does not deliver as strong a pulse as a traditional TENS unit. Strongest setting is equivalent to about a 4 on a standard TENS unit.Consider placement before buying – this is important!! For me, I have two sources of pain, the lower lumbar area and the very top of my left leg. (If you’re familiar with nerve pain, this is the area where the nerves route through your pelvis to continue down your leg or the SI area. For those not as familiar, it’s just under your butt cheek).Since you have to attach the unit to the pad before placing the pad, this puts your controls on your lower back and hard to reach, not to mention you’re operating the buttons blindly. And for the SI area, if you sit down, you are basically sitting on the controller (not at all comfortable).

Relieved the tightness and easy the pain
I’ve been using it every day so far! I like that it is cordless but powerful, and the battery actually last for hours of use. I also like that it has different modes, because they all work somehow differently for different areas of body. After a week of use, I can tell my soreness and pain around my neck, shoulder area and back are relieved.

Although the items seems to be working great, and seems to be effective and easy to use…I found the EMS device to be much stronger than expected. Although it has five intensity levels, the lowest setting was already very intense for me, and I struggled to tolerate level one. Higher levels would not be usable in my case.I wish that the EMS level 1 would be level 3, or even 4 so that you can truely raise the level gradually (similar to a regular Tens machine).
