Small ring, more than I expected
I was looking for something lighter than a watch, this smart health ring fits my finger perfectly. It’s very slim, so I barely notice it during the day. The design is simple and stylish, which I like since I wear it to work and even to dinner without it looking sporty.I mainly use it to track heart rate and sleep. The sleep data has been interesting to check in the morning. It also records my daily steps without me thinking about it. No extra app fee is a big plus. It syncs smoothly with my phone and just quietly does its job in the background.

Solid fitness ring that actually delivers on the basics
I’ve been wearing this for about a week and it does what it promises without the constant app notifications or subscription fees. The sizing was straightforward once I measured my finger properly, and it fits comfortably enough that I forget it’s there most of the time. The sleep tracking seems pretty accurate compared to what I remember from my actual nights, and it breaks down light and deep sleep cycles in a way that actually makes sense.Heart rate monitoring kicks in automatically throughout the day, which is convenient. I can adjust how often it checks, so if I’m in a meeting I can dial it back. The battery life is genuinely impressive, easily lasting a week between charges, sometimes longer. I’ve worn it swimming and in the shower without any issues, and the waterproofing feels legit. The app is straightforward to use without being flashy. Everything syncs smoothly to my phone, and there’s no pressure to upgrade or pay extra for features. The design is minimal and sleek enough that I can wear it to the office without it looking out of place. For the price, this is a solid choice if you just want reliable health tracking without the complexity or cost of fancier options.

Small Ring, Big Surprise
I’ve been wearing this smart health ring every day for about two weeks. I like that it tracks steps, heart rate, sleep, even things like blood oxygen and stress levels, without feeling bulky. It’s ultra thin, I forget I’m wearing it most of the time. That was important to me. The battery lasts around two days, and charging is quick. It syncs easily with my phone, no extra app fees to worry about. The fit matched the size chart, and it looks more like simple jewelry than a fitness device.

A workout buddy that doesn’t look sporty
This ring feels way more “normal,” but it still keeps track of workouts and daily movement. I’ve worn it while walking, doing basic strength workouts, and running errands, and it stays out of the way. I like checking activity after the fact. It’s more of a “let me see how my day added up” thing instead of a constant nag. When I do look, the info is organized enough that I can tell if I actually moved around or if I basically sat all day. It’s also nice not having to baby it around water. I wash my hands a ton, and I don’t want to take a tracker on and off every time. This ring handles normal life easily.

Simple tracking without extra monthly charges
I’ve tried health trackers before and got tired of seeing features locked behind a paywall. With this ring, I can open the app and see what I need without being pushed into paying more. That alone made me feel better about buying it, because I don’t like subscriptions for basic tracking. What I enjoy most is how low-key it feels. I’ll go about my day, then check the app later to see steps, activity, and heart rate trends. The ring itself is comfortable and doesn’t snag on clothes, which matters because I’m constantly doing random stuff—laundry, typing, cooking, all of it.The battery life has also been helpful. I’m not thinking about charging all the time, and that makes it easier to actually keep wearing it and building a routine.

24/7 Sleep Tracker (naps included!)
I chose this product to help keep track of my chronic fatigue and POTS.Heart Rate: A main reason I purchased this was that it said the frequency if BPM readings could be manually set to every 5 minutes. This was important to me because Sudden BPM changes can alert me to a POTS episode so that I can sit down before I pass out. While it is true that the device can be set to read BPM every 5 minutes, it does not store those readings long term for me to detect patterns. It still only saves every 30 minutes, so unless you want to look at your phone every 5 minutes, you won’t know your readings. The advertising was misleading in this respect.Readings: I measured the reading alongside my O2 and BPM readers and found them to be within 3 points of a correct reading.Charge: The charge on this is fantastic. I appreciate only having to think about charging it one per week or so.Comfort: It is a thin ring which is wonderful, but personally it feels better to me to wear on my ring because I still find it uncomfortable between my other fingers.Durability: I try not to have it in water as much as possible simply for longevity of the device life, but it has been fine when I wash my hands. Just make sure to dry off your finger under the ring and the ring so that the sensors doesn’t slide to the wrong side of your finger (it should be on the underside for best readings).Fit: I tried to measure the way that the seller suggested, but it was a size off. I ended up just reordering what my normal ring size is and it was fine.Tags: It lets you do an overall mood, stress, and symptoms checklist each day which is great for some extra pattern data.Sleep: This is the best tracker I have found for sleep. Most devices only track at night and stop if you are awake in the night for 30 minutes or more. This ring tracks sleep 24/7. It catches all of my overnight sleep and any naps that I may take during a crash. Conclusions: This is overall a good ring, I’m just disappointed that I won’t be able to rely on the BPM warning me of a crash. There also doesn’t appear to be a setting to notify you when it drops too low or raises too high. I’ll probably end up keeping it just to wear for my sleep and then get a better device for BPM alerts. Disappointed that it can’t do it all, but for the non-chronically I’ll user it is likely to be good enough.

not accurate, subpar app
Meh. Inaccurate for step count or sleep measurements. I wonder how durable it will be. The battery does NOT last 7 days as claimed. The app is subpar. Okay for a novelty purchase but if you’re serious about wanting to monitor your health, this is not the ring for you.
