I am a chiropractor, sports rehab specialist, and university exercise science professor familiar with many health products. I am an avid runner (~10 miles per week), 20-40 miles per week cyclist, and athlete.This Medisana Leg Compression Massager is of good quality. It looks sleek. It is a powerful compression massager. Great value for the money. 6 different modes, 3 different time settings 15, 30, 45. Cordless option. It will work even while it’s being charged.This thing works very well. It supplies much more compression than anyone would ever have the use for. The default compression of 110 mmHg was superb. I had to lower it to 80 mmHg to make it more comfortable. Most users will never need more compression power than the default of 110 mmHg. This thing states it can deliver up to 200 mmHg… I don’t think I even want to try that much compression.. as it isn’t needed.This recovery compression boot massager cost less than half of the big name brands and just as much value.I’ve tried the Normatec 3 Recovery boots and they have a very similar strength.Now if we can just get Medisana to add the Hip Compression/Waist Compression and or Arm Compression attachments!This specific massager doesn’t supply heat, but that’s okay most of us wouldn’t need it as the compression itself will naturally get your blood flowing enough to warm you up.

The smart sensor technology tries its best to tailor the experience, adjusting pressure levels based on leg size. It’s a neat touch, although I wouldn’t call it mind-blowing.Operating these boots is straightforward, thanks to the digital control unit. It offers a few modes and pressure settings, making it a DIY recovery session. The zipper and Velcro design is very practical, but it does the job of keeping the boots in place.The experience is okay, not life-changing, but a decent addition to my recovery routine. The air pump does its thing with a tolerable noise level. These boots won’t transport you to a spa, but they do give your legs a break.In the grand scheme, are they worth it? If you’re recovering from intense workouts or just want to pamper your legs a bit, sure. Just don’t expect a magical transformation – they’re more like a comfy leg-hug than a spa day.

Decreases inflammation after knee replacement
Ordered these to help with swelling and pain after my total knee replacement. The results are profound and have also helped with releasing scar tissue and pain. I started using them on day 15 postoperatively. They are very intense, but so therapeutic. I will be using them every day. Worth every penny!

It just stopped working out of nowhere.I reached out to the manufacturer for a warranty claim, and they basically told me it wasn’t their problem and that I should go through Amazon instead. I explained that the return window had already closed and that this should clearly be covered under warranty. They said they would “look into it”… that was three weeks ago. Since then? Complete silence. They ghosted me like I didn’t even exist.Thank God Amazon stepped up and gave me a full refund, because this company clearly doesn’t stand behind their junk product.I cannot stress this enough: DO NOT BUY THIS. Their customer service is absolutely terrible – rude, unhelpful, and completely unreliable. Save yourself the headache and the wasted money. This is one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made.
