I have been meaning to purchase one of these for a while and fI finally did! I haven’t yet used all the settings. I have only used a couple of settings several ways which have relieved my lower back stiffness – no need to go to a Chiropractor. It is a great massager for your whole body -no need to go to a massager. Save your money. This product will help loosens your joints and make you feel like new. I can’t wait to use the exercising bands with it to help me strengthen my core! That’s what everyone should do -focus on your core and your body will appreciate it.

POWERFUL AND PROGRAMMABLE
I’ve used this machine for about three weeks now. It’s powerful, easy to operate – I program/run it with my toes even though it comes with a remote, STURDY and small enough to store under a bed or console table.I’ve noticed a marked reduction in puffiness allover and MAN DOES IT FEEL GOOD TO JIGGLE AWAY THE NEGATIVITY. Get one give it a try.

This is my first time using a vibration plate. Cant say enough, relaxes every muscle in body. Pain relief is immediate. Very easy to use. I’m a big guy and durability is very good. Would recommend to anyone.

This product is a great vibration plate. It was packaged well as you see in the video. It was easy to use, not too heavy to move around! I love the way it makes you feel energized! With continual use it will ease swelling a pain I believe. I recommend!

Submitting this product review for the third time, but not showing since it’s a negative review. Feels like some one removing it.I purchased the Vibration Plate Exercise Machine just yesterday, and I am extremely disappointed with the product quality. Within 48 hours of use, the pull cord broke after only about 20–30 pulls, which is unacceptable for any fitness equipment.The cord has very poor quality and feels cheap and fragile. It clearly cannot withstand normal use, which makes the product unreliable and poorly manufactured. A basic component like the pull cord should be durable, especially for a machine intended for regular exercise.When the cord broke, it snapped suddenly and hit my hand. Although it did not cause injury, it was still unpleasant and shows a lack of proper safety and quality control in the design.Overall, the machine itself does not feel sturdy, and the quality of materials used is disappointing. For a product meant to support fitness and daily workouts, it fails at a very basic level of durability.This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I would not recommend this product to anyone and will be requesting a refund due to the extremely poor quality and early failure of the cord.
