Great Pen with Many Functions
I have had this microneedling pen for a couple of months now and it is doing a great job. Microneedling is something I have done for years but I have always used a roller. I didn’t even know these pens existed. With a roller, you have only one depth that the roller can go, and with this pen, you can dial to any depth that you want. This is essential for different areas of the face and neck. There are areas of the face that are more sensitive, and I can dial the mm to a lesser depth. Then the spots that can take deeper microneedling, I can just adjust the dial and get more penetration. If I want a really deep penetration, I will use a lidocaine cream to numb my face about 30 minutes prior. This pen also has light therapy on it so you can apply different types of light therapy as you go. There is a speed dial between 1 and 6 so you can have the needles penetrate faster! It comes with a good supply of the needle cartridges as well. This is definitely a faster, more efficient method than a roller. Plus it is much more sanitary. I just toss the needle cartridge into my sharp contents container when done.If microneedling is something you want to try, get this! This pen is probably half the price of one microneedling session at the dermatologist office and it is so easy to do. I read up on the different serums used during microneedling and bought a collagen and multi-peptide, hyaluronic serum to apply while I microneedle. That way the serum will get punched into my skin. I will put the serum on a section of my face, then microneedle. Then I go to the next section of my face, add serum, then microneedle. When I’m done, I put a collagen face mask over my entire face which helps lock in the serum and cools off my face.With this pen, you can do all the microneedling you want, wherever you want, and at what depth you want, and not have to worry about paying the outrageous amount of money that a doctor would charge. It’s rechargeable and comes in a sturdy box that is very giftable. Highly recommend.

2.5 mm is the largest extended size of the needle.It worked great for my scalp. Because of hair, smaller needles doesn’t penetrated all area evenly so big needles works perfectly.And you can use the .25mm for face.Easy to use and great quality.Definitely worth it.

I’ve owned a couple derma pens, a few were well over $100, and this one actually works the best and came with the most cartridges included. It’s a great value and works very well.

Professional level self-care at a fraction of the cost
I love the ability to adjust the needle depth andspeed for the different areas of the face, and the manual that comes with this product makes it really clear and easy to stay within the recommended levels for your needs. There are six speeds you can switch between at a simple touch of the button.I’m not entirely convinced yet on the light therapy aspect just yet, but there are four different options to target your skin’s needs. I do like that it’s just another bonus to this pen overall and not necessarily something you have to use, as there is a separate button for that altogether.The product comes with two bags filled with enough disposable needles (sizes 12 and 36) to get started and the manual explains which needles to use when. There is also a charging cord and a storage bag for the pen. This beats using a dermaroller, because it’s far more precise and allows you to give yourself the pampering you deserve from the comfort of your own space without sacrificing on the results of getting a professional service, and the cost of the pen is definitely comparable to microneedling treatments at a spa.
