Deep cleans and gets into creases and corners easily
I got this Nautica sonic face scrubber for my fiance and he really likes it. It has tiny, silicone bristles on both sides and it vibrates to help you get a thorough face cleaning. He loves the sonic technology because he said that his face looks and feels much softer, brighter and cleaner than it does after using it as opposed to using a regular face scrubber that does not vibrate or pulsate. It does a great job at getting deep into his pores and bringing oil and dirt to the surface. It’s easy to hold and it’s round shape works perfectly for getting into those little, hard to reach creases next to your nostrils. It’s rechargeable and just one charge lasts 90 minutes and considering you only need to use it for a minute or two at a time, you’ll rarely need to recharge it. You can use it in or out of the shower and it’s rubber texture allows for a firm grip so it doesn’t slip or fall out of your hands easily, even when wet and soapy. This Nautica face scrubber has exceeded our expectations. It provides a deep yet gentle clean, it removes impurities without drying out your delicate facial skin and it’s fast and easy to use. I’d absolutely recommend it to others.

Item: Nautica PC110 Dual-Sided Sonic Silicone Face Scrubber with USB Charging & LED Indicator – Waterproof, Rechargeable Face Exfoliator Brush with Sonic Technology for Deep Cleansing (Navy)A compact vibrating face scrubber that lathers up well and has a nice feeling to it when using it, although I’m not sure about the different vibration patterns for facial use. A simple low/med/high selection would likely suffice. It does seem to help in facial cleaning with its gentle hum and the soft bristles doing their work. I would say that it is effective as a gentle cleaning device.The USB port was fun getting to as the plug was not the easiest to remove the first time, but that’s a good thing I guess as it means that the port is well protected from water leaking in. I was surprised to see that it uses the older micro USB connection for charging. The power button blends in with the rest of the device, but as the button is centralized, it’s easy enough to find to turn on. Which also means that it is very easy to accidentally turn off the face scrubber while it is in use.

Okay I will start with the good. This vibrating silicone face scrubber has nice long silicone bristles on it better than many such devices I’ve seen. Now for the complaints, firstly this uses a old style micro USB connector. While the battery life is quite good it’s still a pain to keep up with another charger cord as I have basically nothing left that doesn’t charge on USB C. The other issue is that the device that is supposed to have different strengths of vibration when you push the plus and minus buttons as described on the box and in the owner’s manual inside, instead has different vibration modes. Clearly this device simply takes the inner workings of a “marital aid” and place it inside a different housing designed to wash your face rather than other purposes. Makes its usefulness for gift-giving rather limited and awkward.

Small & compact, this facial scrubber by Nautica is an interesting foray into the skincare realm by a company I thought only made clothing.Arrives partially charged and ready to go.Very small compared to other sonic cleansing products on the market. Fine for my small hands, but I could see this being tough to grip and hold for larger hands or anyone with dexterity or grip issues, especially if using in the shower where it may be easily dropped.Definitely travel friendly, controls easy to understand.Indicates on the packaging that there’s 12 different vibrating strengths. Other than various pulsations, I’m doubtful there are that many. Either way, it does provide a gentle cleansing sensation.This may be ideal for men that want to try sonic cleansing in their skincare regime, but I find we women prefer a slightly stronger facial scrubbing product. I feel this one isn’t strong enough to get a deep clean, remove makeup etc.For a simple, gentle cleansing, this is fine. Therefore, the price point, even for a name brand product, is on point.Looks basic enough to be left out on the counter and I do like the navy color. Simple push button controls which can be deciphered easily if your eyes are covered in suds and must feel the controls.All in all a cute, compact albeit gentle facial cleansing brush. Double sided cleansing nubbies are a nice touch too.
