Disappointed – No Carrying Case
I really haven’t had it long enough to see a difference, but I’ll update this review after I see results. I can say that I’m disappointed that such an expensive device didn’t come with a carrying case.

Broken within weeks
The back metal nob fell off. The screw isn’t fixed in place and the raised plastic bits also prevent attempts to screw it back on.

impractical, time consuming, messy
I bought mine from the NuFACE website. Liked the Nuface and thought why not the nubody. It has been 2 weeks and yes, I didn’t give it a chance to work, BUT because I can’t. It is not like nuFace, which worked though it was annoying. having to slather their slimy gel to do the treatment. Imagine slathering this slimy sticky gel on your thighs? Then spend 5 min for each area of that same thigh (front, back sides) that’s 20 min for each thigh x 2 (cause luckily I have 2 thighs) = 40 min. You have to do that at least 3 times a week per their recommendation for the first 60 days at least. I also wanted to do my abdomen I don’t have much of a problem as my thighs, so that’s another 5 min. then 5 min for each upper arm side (front and back) and if you are like me, have 2 arms that’s another 10 minutes at least for each arm x2 = 20. So, investing that much time not to mention reapplying that slimy sticky gel the shower to rinse it off.. That’s too much time and suffering, I might as well get my tail to the gym; at least I will have results that last longer.. In the meantime, I’ll Self tan or put body make up. All in all, while nuface is “doable”, Nubody is impractical. It’s not like you can sit there with that slimy gel on and watch TV .. common?! The 2 stars is because nuface works but Nubody? are you kidding me??!!!

WHY CAN”T YOU JUST USE THE NU FACE YOU HAVE (IF YOU HAVE IT)ON YOUR BODY AND SAVE $400??? I KNOW NUFACE DOES NOT ANSWER . THEY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE ……. BTW I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY SIGNIFCANT IF ANY IMPROVEMENT WITH NUFACE.. ON MY FACE…SO WHY WOULD THE NUBODY BE ANY DIFFERENT . THERE ARE ALOT OF DEVICES OUT THERE NOW THAT HAVE NOT ON:Y MICROCURRENT, BUT RADIO FREQUENCY AND EMS COMBINED IN ONE UNIT FOR LESS. SO WHY PAY MORE AND GET LESS?? YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE NAME HERE!

BUYER BEWARE
SCAM. I followed all directions but was only able to use it twice before it stopped turning on. I had to pay return shipping for a faulty device, and two months later they STILL haven’t sent my replacement! Every time I reach oit to customer service to inquire, they claim they are “escalating my issue with their team” but nothing happens? $400 but the quality and customer service are a joke.
