Quality with great instructions and easy to use remote.
Top notch tens unit. Easy to use. Great instructions. And three different sizes of pads for different needs. I bought these for my upper shoulder, nape of neck. I have long term tightness for years that causes headaches. In addition to a heating pad, good pillow, stretching, electrolytes, this is helping to finally release those muscles.

Wonderful product!
I have been 100% disabled for forty years with fibromyalgia and for the past ten years with osteoarthritis and Parkinson’s. I have not had a pain-free moment in forty years. I have had the gamut of treatments from every specialist known. Several years ago, I bought a wired TENS unit, but it is such a hassle to put the pads on my back with the wires. When I was searching for something easier to use, but just as effective, I found this Omega unit! LOVE THIS AMAZING PRODUCT! I is so well-made, packaged well, and over-all, is a up scale unit without the up scale price. When I called the company to ask a question, the lady I spoke to was so helpful and kind. Great product! Great customer service!

Charged up the unit as instructed, then tried to attach the pad to the power unit…and the stupid thing will not snap on, this is a waste of time and a lousy product, how can they package and sell crap like this? DO NOT BUY THIS TERRIBLE, UNUSABLE PRODUCT!!!! SENDING BACK FOR REFUND. DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME, DO NOT ORDER THIS TRASH!!!

Works well and travel-friendly/convenient
I’ve been using this for over a year now and I find that it does help relieve pain (use for my lumbar). I would not depend on this 100% for pain relief but it should be physical therapy combined with tens unit.

Erases my sciatica in minutes.
Wish I had this years ago! I have suffered through agony with my back and sciatic nerve pain. The pain eases with in minutes of applying. This unit is very easy to use! The remote is simple to figure out, it has pictures of what you need it to do. With it being USB charged it’s always ready to go. I’ve used the neck pad as well, it releases my compressed disc pain in my neck quickly. The carrying case makes it simple to slip in my backpack or purse. Use anywhere!

Great TENS unit, best I’ve tried!
I first had a TENS unit during a PT section and bought one for myself. The problem was that I couldn’t put the wires where I needed them on my back. The next unit I tried was great, but it was quite small, and I couldn’t find replacement pads for it.- This unit is large and able to cover more of the area that I need help with. I absolutely love it and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially suffering from back pain.* To prolong the life of the pads, you do need to clean the skin with rubbing alcohol first and store the pads on a plastic sheet.

Only works in one spot at a time
I like the fact that it is Wireless but in order to be so there is a round thick object which has to be applied to your body on the back of the electrode which is not comfortable if you are using it on your butt and laying on your butt. Easily changes modes and the different modes Target different areas even if you don’t move the electrode. The short battery life is a big drawback.

This actually worked!
I have suffered chronic sciatic pain for 40 years and recently had an increase in pain and my usual routines were not working. In desperation I ordered this and at first I didn’t think it was helping. I ended up wearing the patch for several hours and re starting it episodically and when I went to bed I was able to fall asleep without the horrible pain. The relief has lasted at least 2 days now and it has saved me from a futile trip to the ED for pain meds that I wouldn’t have been given which wouldn’t have worked very well anyway. I am so glad I took the chance on this!
