Works well for my scar massage
The price was right and so far this device is working well for my scar massage. As a former occupational therapist, I used to have my patient used the same type tool for their wound scar massage. It is quite effective and the vibration is not too overwhelming. Glad they still sell them fairly cheaply. Even though this is a knock off the quality seems good and mine seems to be working well. The rubber on the massage tips is very comfortable and sturdy. I like this massage Dyson that it takes a battery instead of being rechargeable. It is much easier to replace a battery then to hope that the recharging battery will continue to do its job.

Unreliable Product
My occupational therapist recommended this massager during the recovery stages, post-surgery on my index finger. This device comes with several tips for spot-treatment and to reduce scar tissue. I just added it into my routine more regularly, now that I’m in the 3rd month of an 18-month-long recovery. The massager just stopped working. Dead. Does not respond to fresh batteries. This is the 2nd massager I’ve purchased which failed in the same way as the 1st one. And of course, just outside of the return window. I do not recommend!

It’s Sufficient
The first one I received did not work at all. Ordered a replacement which arrived the next day. The second one worked. It’s very “plasticky” and probably won’t last long. But it seems to be working for my purpose. I recently had CMC joint surgery, and I need to massage the scar to loosen the scar tissue. So for me, the purchase so far seems to be worth it. Fingers crossed it last for a few months until I no longer need it.If you need anything long term, and more powerful, I suggest purchasing something else.UPDATE: the battery cap won’t go on completely after changing battery. It still works at the moment, but I’m not sure for how much longer. I was hoping it would work for at least a few months. But it’s already falling apart and I still need it for another couple of months for scar tissue. Will have to start looking for another one.

Great use after occupational therapy for my hand!
After intense weekly occupational therapy for a hand injury sustained in a car accident, I needed additional relief. This hand massager has been incredibly soothing and effective in helping me relax my injured fingers. The combination of the massager and cocoa butter lotion takes the experience to another level, leaving my hand feeling relaxed. I typically will put the tip of the massager directly on the spots that hurt on my index finger and let the vibrations iron out the tension. It’s easy to use, gentle yet effective and has become a vital part of my recovery routine. It comes with two separate tips that can be switched out and includes batteries. Highly recommended for anyone looking to alleviate discomfort or enhance their hand therapy experience!

Disappearing scar tissue
Yeah I was pleased with the product. I had some physical problems with my hand and I was using it to help break up scar tissue and to bring circulation back and it worked pretty effectively. It’s just the first day. I was pretty pleased with the product.

It works, its effective, you get what you pay for.
Are you going to pass this handy personal care item on to your heirs? No. Will it last more than a year of daily use? Unlikely. Is it effective at breaking down scar tissue for the short time you’ll need it? Probably. Will it cost you a second mortgage to own it? No. So it’s a cheap, short-life piece of plastic that you’ll get ample use from. Use it, recycle what can be recycled, and be well.
