Which finger should I wear it on?
For the best accuracy, we recommend the index finger of your non-dominant hand. The middle or ring fingers also work well—just ensure the sensor is positioned against the palm side of your finger.
How is this different from a smartwatch?

Update 01.14.25: I was able to get the ring replaced under the 1 year warranty, and customer support was great throughout the process.Original Review:This ring worked very well for a couple weeks, then the battery started draining from full to zero within a few hours. I’m hoping that I just received a bad unit as I really loved the ring and the data that it tracked. I’m working with support to either get it replaced under the 1-year warranty or get a refund so I can repurchase.I love that it came with a white and black ring cover, and that I can order more directly from Qalo’s website. This not only protects the finish of the ring, but also allows me to accessorize depending on my outfit!I will caution that the sizing is not standard, so I would highly recommend getting the sizing kit first (it was not an option when I purchased mine) as I ordered based on the size chart and the old style ring sizer and it’s too tight on the finger I had originally planned so I’m wearing it on a different finger on the opposite hand.

3 months in and won’t hold a charge daily
Received in January 2026. Sleep and activity tracking were great and charging would last over a week. It’s now March 2026 and it won’t hold a charge daily. Very disappointed.

Not worth the investment if it is just going to break
I loved this ring when I first got it but now it will not hold a charge!! It dies in less than 2 days when at the beginning it would last me a week or more! You have to order 2 sizes up or it will be way too small! Overall I would love this ring if it would just stay charged! And conveniently it stopped charging right as the return window ended!

Ring kit is a must buy. Dirty silicone ring.
Id definitely recommend the ring sizing kit to everyone. Finally got a size that fits well. The packaging doesnt look used but the black silicone ring cover is dirty inside. My other rings that didnt fit the silicone ring covers didnt look like the video. Easy enough to clean up but shouldn’t have to.

General FYI – One Person’s Perspective
I’ve had it for over a week and while the step count may be slightly off – you have to swing your arm that it is on. It is comfortable to wear all day. It also seems to hold a charge and able to recharge in the time it takes me to get ready for work. 30-45 minutes. The heart rate monitor does seem to pretty accurate in comparison to my Apple Watch.

Dead After Only 3 Months
I loved this ring with all the data it gave me, but here recently it won’t hold a charge at all anymore. I just got it in January, so it hasn’t even lasted 3 months. Definitely not worth the money. I’m so upset I spent all that on a defective ring. I put it on at 100% and then within a few hours, it’s dead again. And I used to be able to go like 4 days without even charging it. So I’m very disappointed in the quality of this product. I wish I went with an OURA ring instead now.

Size up from standard ring size at least. Quality of data tracking doesn’t seem as accurate as I was expecting. Easily scratches to a cover is nearly essential. App is very user friendly and perk that there isn’t a subscription. The ring is light and comfortable. Battery life is good. Quality for the money is good, but not what I was expecting.
