Nicely built light therapy unit. The unit itself is heavy, with a thick cord like a computer has. The red light is warm and comforting, and when I put it on my feet it makes me very relaxed and sleepy. It is very easy to use, just plug it in and turn it on. There is an option to mount it. There are three switches on the side to control intensity. I use the lower intensity on my face.I’ve found it especially helpful for muscle recovery and relaxation after workouts, and try to use it daily for this. Over time, my skin has looked more refreshed, and I’ve noticed improved sleep quality too- maybe why my skin looks better.It is a great size, as it is easy to store or hang. Its long term effectiveness is yet to be seen, but so far it has proven to be a good tool for improved health.

This red light therapy panel is compact and works well for tabletop or desk use, though it’s heavier than expected, which can make moving it around inconvenient. It seems to be more geared toward putting it in one place and leaving it where, which is fine with me. The keyed version is straightforward to operate: it has three clearly labeled buttons that let you choose between red, near-infrared, and blue light settings. When using red or infrared modes, the lights function as expected; the entire light panel can be changed to blue light but the lights that are pictured as blue will stay that color when using the other modes.Included are the power cable and a pair of glasses to protect your eyes. I feel like the sunglasses could be better (they’re cheap feeling and don’t block light from entering around the open areas), but I can always replace them with a better pair.I can’t personally verify the manufacturer’s claims regarding irradiance levels or wavelengths, but the panel seems effective. I’ve noticed improvements in both skin appearance and relief from muscle aches, which is especially welcome for me, as I live with fibromyalgia and it causes me a great deal of pain.Compared to higher-end panels on the market, this one delivers a respectable performance at a more affordable price. Unless you’re looking for a larger unit to cover more of your body at once, this panel is a good value even though the higher-end models (especially those which are FDA approved) will likely offer a better result, though I doubt that it’s a huge difference and am happy with the quality of this panel. Overall, I’m very pleased with it.Recommended.

Big red!
If you are tired of little red light therapy gadgets and want to upgrade to a big sturdy lamp, then this one is for you! This is a large, heavy duty red light therapy lamp that also has infrared and blue light therapy as well. Each mode can be used on its own or separately.It’s easy to use and comes with some uv blocking sunglasses, although I personally prefer tanning goggles. It has big switches that are easy to see and press. It has a quiet hum with both the red and ir lights, but it personally doesn’t bother me.I can’t speak for how effective these lights are, but I suggest starting with 5 to 10 minute sessions and moving up from there!

The panel is compact but feels sturdy, and the light intensity is surprisingly strong for the size. I’ve been using it in short sessions and it doesn’t overheat or make any noise. The dual chip LEDs give off a steady glow and the light coverage is decent for targeted areas. I set it up near a chair and it’s easy to plug in and use without much setup. The cord could be a little longer, depending on where you place it. It’s on the pricier side, but I’m planning to use it regularly and see how it holds up over time. I do appreciate the actual buttons on this panel. I would recommend this.

Impressive
This red light device is truly impressive. It’s easy to use, simply plug in and select your setting. It does make a bit of a fan noise but that’s to be expected. It’s a bit heavy but you can tell this is made to last.
