The product feels high quality. Easy to use. Notice best moisturizer absorbtion at first use. It leaves your face feeling refreshed. It has heat and cold and that’s my favorite, it feels so nice and relaxing on your face and neck. So you don’t get tired or mind using it for a length of time, I used it for an hour last time and that’s a treat.
