Best 70 LED redlight panel for $89
Great quality. Very high irradiance levels for deeper penetration into the organs for healing joints. If you’re experiencing joint pain and prostate (bog) issues. I don’t have to make several trips to the restroom at night. Fellas this is a game changer. I’m not going to take medication but will use this red light. Direct the light on your perineum and sleep better at night. Also finding research that you may need to direct the light on lower abdomen too.The panel itself is easy to use. Great quality. Good material, weight not cheap plastic. One of the highest irradiance levels I’ve found. I bought 2 because it was $89 for the 70 LED panel. One can use on their knees inner and outer, lower back and face too!

This light panel is a nice addition to my desk, especially during the darker winter months. The different brightness settings are useful; I find the lower level is just right for a subtle boost without being too harsh. I appreciate the timer function, as it helps me stick to a routine without having to watch the clock. It feels sturdy and has a small footprint, so it doesn’t take up much space.

Red light therapy panel
I have experience with a few different red light therapy devices, this one is nice as it is in a panel form which allows you to target the light anywhere on the body. The panel measures 12″x12″ and it has one switch on the included power cord to turn it on and off, it also comes with a mounting hook and chain to mount the panel overhead. The panel appears to emit two different infrared wavelengths as the LEDs on the panel alternate in color. The panel is lightweight and is easy to use; however, I would have liked to have a stand to hold the panel in place rather than hanging it from the ceiling. The control mechanism is kind of basic as it’s just a simple switch to turn it on/off, it would have been nice to have a timer as well to limit the amount of exposure that you have to the light. It will take a bit of time to see if this panel is effective, but so far it’s working as intended.

Because there are three separate levels, I am able to adjust the intensity to meet my requirements, whether I want a mild light on cloudy days or a more concentrated beam when I require an additional push. During late afternoon slumps, the light delivers a gentle boost by holding tiredness at bay without seeming startling. This is accomplished by setting the light to its lowest level. Reviving my senses in a way that sticky black coffee never quite manages to do is what I experience when I switch to the highest level in the early morning. It is like a little dawn. The built-in timer feature has proven to be of tremendous assistance in the process of building a habit that is constant. Usually, I set it for fifteen minutes, and the gentle beep that occurs at the conclusion of the session serves as a gentle reminder to go on to the next activity. It has happened to me on several occasions that when I returned, the session was already done. This prevents me from procrastinating in front of the panel and wasting valuable time that might have been spent working. With the help of this soothing routine, light exposure has become an inseparable component of my day, rather than an additional task that I need to remember. The ability to make adjustments to the settings from a distant location offers still another level of ease. I am able to make adjustments to the brightness or resume a session without disrupting my productivity while I am sitting at my desk and working on reports. All it takes is a fast push via the remote control. On days when my workstation is positioned such that it faces a shady corner, I just tilt the panel so that it is facing me and then press the button to make adjustments to the output. There is no need to bend or pause. This control that does not need my hands allows me to continue working on tasks while still obtaining the daily dose of light that I need.

Light Therapy PanelThis is a 12 x12 red light panel without a way to stand it up. There is some sort of hanging method involving small chains that is included but I cannot think of how I would hang it to anything. Considering the price point of just under $100- I think it should have had a proper stand. That is just my opinion.The case is a silver plastic and the unit is lightweight but seems sturdy. The fit and finish is good, it looks as if it was made using quality processes, but there is no protective barrier for the lights, so make sure not to use it around liquids.I have been using it a few times a week for a couple weeks on my back, and I actually have noticed a huge improvement in the stiffness of my upper back/shoulder area muscles. This is huge for me, as I have always had uncomfortable tightness in those areas all of my adult life, and for that reason I feel this device has earned its 5 star rating that I am giving it.
