It seems to work well. Neuropathy is not a huge problem but this definitely massages the feet. I have not been able to feel any heat. I will need to review the intrtuctions again.

A Robot That Rubs Your Feet! A Cozy Home Luxury
This is a little robot who massages your feet. It looks like a Volkswagen New Beetle from the front. You put your feet deep into the robot. There are removable and washable black liners so you can’t see the robot as it rubs your feet. Perhaps the robot is shy. Maybe it’s just weird to see a robot touching your feet. There are three intensity settings for compression and massage, and an option for heat, which was really relaxing. You can pick 15 minute or 30 minute massage programs, and you can change intensity and pressure levels at any time. It’s a nice massage, like you’d get in a massage chair but just for your feet. My feet felt so good and relaxed afterwards, and they felt even better when I woke up in the morning, like they had been aligned, stretched and were ready for adventure. It’s a low cost little spa treatment you can have at home!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT
I purchased this product for my wife for Christmas during Amazon’s Black Friday sale. When my wife opened it on Christmas morning, the massager was completely non-functional. It would not power on. The box was not damaged in shipping, so I can only surmise that it was just a dud from the factory. Not a big issue, right? Amazon should be able to send a new one. However, this particular unit color was sold out, so my only option was to return it for the amount I paid (when it was on sale) and purchase a different color at the non-discount price. I decided to reach out to the company for a replacement unit under their 1-year warranty. Their customer service is litearlly a single guy that never answers the phone; always goes to voicemail. I emailed support and so far, they’ve made me take two separate videos to prove that the unit doesn’t work. I’ve never had to send in videos to a company to prove that their product doesn’t work. Also, their support is listed as being US based, but they only answer emails once a day in the middle of the night, so I’m guessing that’s a fabrication. After sending a second video to prove that they device they sent doesn’t work, I’m still waiting on confirmation that they’re going to honor their warranty. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from Renpho.

Compression and massage almost TOO hard, and zero heat
For me, this device has compression and massage that is almost TOO strong, even at the lowest levels. But my foot neuropathy and swelling are better for awhile after using a full cycle. My biggest complaint: the heat is non-existent! It came with a sticker on top that said, “If the heating function is enabled, taking about 5 mins to reach the desired temperature.” (the bad grammar is not confidence inspiring)Five minutes is a long time to wait for the heat to kick in, but even after five minutes I feel zero heat. I really wanted all three functions: heat, compression and massage. I feel like I’m only getting 2/3 of what I paid for.

Blissful
As somebody who works in their feet all day, I cannot recommend this product enough. At the end of a long day, working in a hospital and taking care of several young children this is the relief that brightens my day and helps me relax. I like the fact that it is warming and also compression it’s not just a simple massage. It is a moment of bliss for somebody who deserves it.

Das Gerät ist eine sehr gute Anschaffung. Die Massagefunktion ist topp ebenso die Kompression. Bei der Wärme könnte es etwas mehr sein, aber man bekommt auf keinen Fall kalte Füße. Hier spielen sicher auch sicherheitsrelevante Faktoren mit. Durch die individuellen Einstellmöglichkeiten kann es auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse und Befindlichkeiten angepasst werden. Die Füße werden an der gesamten Fußsohle gut massiert und die Kompression ist nicht zu fest. Alles in allem ein Top-Gerät.

Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei; dieTasten könnten einen Druckpunkt haben, weil ältere Menschen mit den Sensortasten schlecht zurechtkommen.Nachteilig ist auch, daß das Gerät für Menschen mit Arthrose in den Füßen empfohlen wird, aber in der Bedienungsanleitung die Anwendung für Personen mit Diabetes nicht empfohlen wird.Das müsste meiner Meinung nach schon im Werbeinserat erwähnt werden.Daher nur 4 Sterne.
