It takes a while to heat up and will shut off occasionally with an error
I’ve used it 4 days a week for a month. When it does finally heat up you will sweat well. I’ve never been able to set it to the highest heat level or timer for more than 40 minutes without it shutting off with an error that the instruction book has no mention of. This happens at least twice a week now and will only clear when the unit is unplugged. When it stays on it does work well.
