Great tub
This cold plunge tub is excellent, especially combined with a chiller for ease of daily use. There are 2 ports to facilitate connecting it to a chiller but it can also be used as a standalone tub by capping the ports and just adding a bag of ice. The tub comes with all the adapters required to do either, including caps and bulge tube connectors. All the fittings are high quality metal, including teflon tape. Setup is super fast and easy thanks to the included pump. The pump has a double and single pump option for speed of inflation. It took me only a couple minutes to inflate both the tub and cover. I highly recommend inflating to the full 8psi that they recommend because the walls will soften as the water chills. Filling to the maximum pressure will keep the walls rigid. The tub feels durable and like it is made with high quality materials. It is similar to material used in inflatable stand up paddle boards. It comes with a pad to put underneath to protect the bottom. I set it up on my deck and didn’t need that. When I put it away, I like that it has a handled carry bag that fits all the components inside. It’s a great plunge tub to use. I love love love how much space there is inside compared to the barrel style tubs. I feel like I can really sink in deep stretch out in the tub, allowing me to cool more efficiently and comfortably. I highly recommend this setup. It works great and easy to use.

Perfect for at home use
I recently purchased this ice bath in order to incorporate cold water therapy into my recovery routine. I initially got it I have been preparing for a marathon and I heard it would help with my muscle and joint soreness. After doing some research it was evident that I wanted to incorporate it into my routine as it has so many benefits. It has proven to relieve stress, give a metabolism boost, decrease muscle soreness, provide anti inflammatory benefits, improve mood, aide in heart health, soothe skin and improve sleep. I have experienced all of these benefits first hand. The tub itself is perfect. I can fit in it comfortably. It is easy to set up, just silly inflate and fill. It is sturdy and durable. It is well insulated and has a lid so that it maintains a colder temperature for days.

Good size and ‘comfortable’ to use
There are several key features that made us choose this make and model for a home plunge tub, the first being that it has a large 105 gal capacity which means you can actually stretch your legs out a bit and sit in it like a bath so much more ‘comfortable’.Second being that it has an insulated lid so that we can keep it as cold as possible while waiting to use or in between me and my husband getting in and out etc. having a lid also makes it much easier to keep clean.And finally, the fact it easily inflates with a the provided pump much quicker than I was expecting so although we have ours up in our garage ready to use when needed, I like knowing we can deflate and inflate as needed and travel with it if desired.Another key feature for us was that you can connect it to a designated chiller unit (which we have also purchased from same brand) but you don’t have to use one but great that it connects seamlessly so we’d recommend buying both to use together.Easy to set up, ‘comfortable’ to use (although it is of course a plunge ice bath!) and works well with a chiller unit.

2 oval tubs, both had leaks in outflow valve
The tub and the included instructions and accessories are really good quality but the outflow valves on 2 oval tubs have had leaks from the outlfow valves requiring application of pipe dope and serious cranking of npt adapters to the point that they are impossible to remove without entirely ruining the tub and breaking the valve.I am trying to decide if it’s even worth trying one more time and hoping that the outflow valve comes leak free.

Functionally supreme
I tried several different cold plunges before I landed on the SereneLife cold plunge tub. I prefer how thick the side walls are for insulation comparative to other models. I also like how tall the plunge is with a fairly short diameter. It’s less volume of water overall comparative to other models. It allows me to drop my head, underwater and be comfortable in a seated position. Or hang my arms outside the tub for some cold relief. So far so good!

First off it is very high quality, I was so impressed.Secondly, it is very easy to blow up, comes with its own pump with a gauge to tell you when it’s full.The lid is awesome- very sturdy, comes with clips to hold it in place so it doesn’t blow off.And the size even fits larger adults!
