Lots of data, no subscription fees for the win. Sleep data is excellent
I have a variety of smart devices that provide different data and some overlapping data. What I like about this ring is that it provides sleep data. While I can get similar information from my smartwatch or sleep headphones, they aren’t as convenient as this device. I’m a light sleeper so the watch and the headphones are heavy enough that sometimes I have difficulty falling asleep because I can feel them on me prominently. However, this ring is so unbelievably light I don’t notice it’s there. I love that I don’t need to pay a subscription fee to get the data. I prefer to pay for a device and be done with my investment. I hate recurring charges. This ring solves that. If getting your sleep data is a priority, get this ring.

Not working right
Hmmm I wanted to like this ring but sadly it isnt meeting expectations. I got the wring primarily to track my steps. The ring’s app vs my iphone step counter app are off by over 1000 steps counted. The ring looks nice and the sleep feature is nice, however the incorrect step counter is making me want to return it. Hopefully the brand owner will see this and reach out to resolve or troubleshoot the issue. My excitement has quickly turned to disappointment.

Comfortable ring that tracks health
I really like this ring. It looks nice and it’s very comfortable. The app is easy to use and has great information. I have a watch that can track my sleep, but it lights up and wakes me. The ring doesn’t do that. The information seems to be accurate. I’m really pleased with this ring.
