Some time ago, I was looking for something to help me monitor my stress and sleep, and I came across this smart health ring that does its job both day and night. I loved the idea of wearing something so comfortable and stylish that could simultaneously track my stress levels and—at night—my sleep patterns. I wear it every day, and the best part is that, since I have an Android phone, I can easily connect it via Bluetooth. I’m actually thinking about buying another one for my partner. I purchased the rose gold version, but it comes in several different colors, so you can choose the one that suits you best.

Save yourself the frustration and don’t buy this smart ring. The sleep tracking is so inaccurate that it’s not even worth looking at. It says I get 8 hours of sleep every night, but I know I’m only getting 5 or 6. The stress monitoring is also useless; it never seems to accurately reflect my actual stress levels. One minute it says I’m relaxed, the next it says I’m on the verge of a breakdown—all while I’m doing the same thing, sitting at my desk working. The app is clunky and hard to use, and it crashes all the time on my Android phone.

Comfortable and lightweight
I bought this for my wife, and she really likes how comfortably it fits on her finger. She wanted something lightweight that she could wear all day without noticing it. She likes being able to see her sleep and fitness patterns without having to wear a bulky watch. Battery life has been very good; she only has to charge it every few days. That’s a plus for her since she was charging her iWatch at least once a day. It’s been a simple, comfortable way for her to set it up and track her routine activities.

Very happy with this. I scoured the internet for affordable chic smart watch/rings that are discreet so that I can count my steps most accurately. I finally decided to try this ring because of the price and reviews I figured it was worth a shot. It was super easy to set up, it seems to track everything easily. The app is very user friendly. The ring is comfortable. I am completely happy with this purchase!My only problem that may require me to return it- is that the smallest size offered is a 7, and I really need a size 6. Otherwise, I highly suggest this product.

Tried to replace my Apple Watch..
I really liked the ring and would have kept it if the app had a bit more detail. It was not a bad app they Just need to tweak it a bit. My Apple Watch can do so much more. Although Apple has been making me mad with the bad updates so if the rings do better with their apps I’ll rethink it.
