The ring is very cute and was a great price. It was ackaged well. It came in a nice little box but inside the box was the prettiest little charging box! It also has its own little tiny charging cable so you can charge without the charging box but the charging box is adorable. Both were fully charged upon arrival. I got a size 7 but that only fits my ring finger. I encourage you to size your finger before you order. I downloaded the app from the Play Store not from the QR code provided on the insert because the QR code did not work. The ring Bluetooth connected to my phone no problem and the ring and the app both work great!

Can’t beat the $39 cost. It tracks my b/p, sleep, steps, heart rate. The only thing missing is stress levels; but I’m fine. Had a problem programming in my phone [but I’m not electronically literate at 84yrs] love it

BP is wrong
The product design is nice, but the blood pressure readings are not accurate. If you’re buying it specifically to monitor blood pressure, I wouldn’t recommend it. I ended up returning the product.

Pretty But No HRV
It’s a really pretty ring and the fit was good — my middle finger measures a size 10 and a size 10 fit well.I bought it because I want to track my HRV and it says HRV in the description, but when I got the ring and downloaded the app, I didn’t see HRV as a choice.All of the apps seem similar but a little different. It worked fine for heart rate and SpO2, the blood pressure readings were low compared to my cuff.All in all, seems like a good ring, but if you care about HRV, it’s not a choice in the app.

I love this ring! It works great and lets you track your blood pressure as you sleep as well as throughout the day. The sleep tracking is super accurate. Because it’s an enamel finish it is very durable and hasn’t lost any of its color after several months.

Not Accurate
It does not track blood pressure correctly, there’s no way mine stays relatively the same constantly. It says you have to “calibrate” to a machine, but what you are really doing is putting in the Range in which your bp Should be and it basically stays within that range no matter what it is throughout the day. Steps are not tracked properly, only gets about a quarter of what I actually walk. Battery only lasts about 48 hours or so, no indication of when it’s going out, have to go through the app to find the device in order to check. Sleep seems pretty spot on, O2 and heart rate may also be relatively accurate, but if one thing doesn’t work then the rest may not either. The size and fit are accurate, pleased with the feeling of it, hence 2 stars. The app is easy to navigate and not as glitchy as some. Overall I would not suggest this as a health tracker at all, maybe a cute sleep tracker.

Absolutely love this ring. Who knew that keeping track of your steps/BP/Oxygen Levels and sleep could be so easy. The set up was so easy / automatic and by checking the app on my phone it tells when I need to recharge my ring. Would recommend it highly. Only drawback is that is seems to run a bit small. The price was great and functions in the background without having to do a thing.
