I’m really happy with this fitness ring. The quality is excellent and it feels durable and well made. The app is also easy to use and works great. What really stood out to me was the customer service—they were phenomenal and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend!

Please read this review in its entirety before buying!!!I bought this ring a month ago after I experienced a house fire and lost my Apple Watch. I’ve had an UltraHuman ring in the past and upon reading reviews, this seemed like a decent stand-in until I could save up the money to purchase a RingCon. I work full-time in a gym and am a weightlifter. Because my life revolves around fitness, tracking at least my steps and workouts is crucial to me.For the positive – the charging case holds a charge for a very long time and is portable – making it incredibly useful for someone on the go. It fits accurate to size and comfortably on the finger. Appearance wise, it is a very good dupe for the pricier smart rings on the market. Setup was relatively easy and the steps tracked were pretty accurate.However, my first disappointment was with the app and tracking itself – there were very limited choices when starting a workout and you have to keep your phone on that screen the entire time, which essentially renders it a useless feature to me. The sleep tracking was inaccurate even after a month of data and I reached the point where I essentially only used this ring for tracking my steps and to have another piece of jewelry on my finger.Now for the worst of it… my finger has been burned(?). I didn’t experience any issues with this ring for the first few weeks – until two days ago. I woke up to this on my finger. It burns, even two days later. My skin is dry and cracked and painful to the touch. I have no words nor explanation of what happened. This is the finger I’ve been wearing the ring on for the past two weeks. Likely, right where my sensor was. I took the ring off immediately and haven’t put it on since. The first photo reflects how my finger is looking two days later.This is not an issue I EVER had with my UltraHuman ring and I honestly had never even thought this would be a concern to have.I was going to write a positive review this past week, but after finding the damages done, I felt it was important to warn those looking for an affordable alternative.

Fit and Looks Great
Had to locate the Smart Health app at the Play Store (my phone blocked the app recommended by QR Code). After that, seems to be working fine after one day of use.

The smart ring that I ordered was exactly as it was described in the ad. Unfortunately, for me, it was too small. So I contacted the company and they were very kind enough to send me a size bigger at no cost to me and allowed me to keep the original ring that I had shipped to me in the first place. They are a company with very good customer service. They care about their customers unlike most companies nowadays. I would recommend them to anyone to purchase items from. They will take care of you. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.
