Looks Like A Vibrator, Works Like A Charm
Maybe I need to get my mind out of the gutter, but this looks a lot like a personal pleasure device to me. But once you learn how to use it, it actually does a reasonably good job of exfoliating and removing unwanted facial hair. The notion that serums and moisturizers will somehow work better, however, is a nonstarter. I look at this – essentially – as a grooming device. There are three speeds, but I find anything faster than the baseline lowest speed is too aggressive. The internal battery charges via USB cable (included). The blades are replaceable and several extras are also included here. But they recommend replacing the blades after just three or four uses. And that seems far too often to me. This is made of somewhat cheap plastic and may not withstand a drop to a tile floor… it’s a curious choice for something that is probably most often used in a bathroom. This gets the job done, but there are a couple of design and performance quirks that make it a good, but not great tool.
