I bought this for my wife for her training. She says she loves it and it works although she thinks the size is a little big for her. Quality is great and looks durable. Just make sure you clean it after each use. Very light and made for training/cardio.

Just got back from 5 miles of roadwork. This product is legit. As soon as I took it off, I noticed my lung capacity increased. I feel amazing and after the first use of this product, I can already tell you this is absolutely worth it especially for the price. The size is fine I have a big nose though so it kinda is annoying pressure absolutely amazing mask it’s kind of hard to believe how they can sell something so good for so cheap. I appreciate companies like this. Not to mention how beautiful the Boxing and the case is. Very impressive design! If there is any product out there, that’s beneficial for the people at a good price. Poor design
The edges are way too close to the face and cuts into the bridge of the nose. The strap is too thin to keep it in place on your face, and too weak to create the necessary seal; air seeped through the edges with every breath I took, even on the easiest setting.
