I mainly chose this one because it operates on AAA batteries which are included and also easy to get. My previous one was rechargeable and eventually it wouldn’t hold a full charge, and the battery was not replaceable. Just make sure that your batteries are fresh and don’t leave them in the unit if you’re not going to be using it for a while, and it will always work great.Two channels and four electrodes: It has two channels but they both have to be on the same treatment mode and program. The only thing that you can set independently for each channel is the intensity. So, for example, you can’t put Channel 1 on a cervical program and Channel 2 on a lumbar program like you can on professional machines. If your treatment only requires 2 electrodes you can just set the intensity on the channel that you’re not using to zero.It’s easy to set and it works very well.

Premetto che l’ho comprato per la sezione massaggi, perché mi piaceva l’idea di avere un massaggiatore per le gambe, in particolar modo per le cosce e le ginocchia sempre stanche e gonfie, devo dire che è molto piacevole il programma Mass 1, lo faccio spesso quando ho male alle gambe e aiuta molto. Inoltre ho provato anche il programma TENS che solitamente faccio sul gluteo, e faccio 03/04/05 un giorno si e uno no, quindi 3 volte a settimana col mio personale livello di tollerabilità e devo dire che nei giorni a seguire quando faccio le scale, ad esempio, sento che il gluteo ha lavorato. Purtroppo io sono costretta a passare molti mesi fuori casa e quindi impossibilitata ad allenarmi sempre e con costanza, per non perdere il tono muscolare e cercare di tamponare utilizzo questo dispositivo giornalmente, magari la sera mentre mi rilasso , prima di dormire, dedico un’oretta ad una sezione del corpo, devo dire che mi ha sorpresa il risultato! Ovviamente non vi aspettate i miracoli perché non ne fa, se siete già con un bel fisico di partenza e seguite una dieta con un’alimentazione sana e bilanciata, fate movimento questo non può che essere la ciliegina sulla torta.Detto ciò mi sento di consigliarlo, se sì vuole qualcosa di poco costoso e utile nella fascia media, considerate che un semplice massaggio in un centro estetico qualsiasi oramai costa la stessa cifra, ecco con questo dispositivo ne potrete fare molti e al massimo avrete sprecato la cifra di un massaggio. Ho trovato utile anche il programma “inestetismi della cellulite” sicuramente aiuta, con me ha aiutato. Insomma che dire, se vi interessa il mondo degli apparecchi elettrostimolanti vi consiglio, da ignorante, di partire con un prezzo basso come questo e provare se fa per voi. Le istruzioni sono molto chiare e comprensibili, il libretto spiega tutto ciò che c’è da sapere per il corretto utilizzo. Io ho optato per il modello con doppi cavi per 8 elettrodi alla volta, sono soddisfatta. Adesso sono quasi 6 mesi che lo utilizzo e ho cambiato due volte le pile, le patch elettrodi non le ho ancora sostituite perché incollano. PICCOLO E UTILE CONSIGLIO SE GLI ELETTRODI NON INCOLLANO PIÙ TANTO basta mettere qualche goccia d’acqua sulla parte nera e la colla si rivitalizzerà un pochino. Non utilizzate creme prima dell’utilizzo altrimenti non incollano. Inoltre per una migliore cura e duratura nel tempo consiglio di riporli sempre sulle pellicole e successivamente nelle buste di plastica, così non si attaccheranno peli,. sporcizia ecc.
