07/27/2025 – Update! Vendor reached out to me with an apology and refund offer. However, I had already returned the item to Amazon and received my refund. Nevertheless, it was nice of them to reach out and attempt resolution.******There are several things wrong with this product. #1 The actual item does not fully resemble the picture on Amazon. #2 There are no instructions on how to charge. I had to fumble around with it for a while before I figured it out. #3 By the time I got the “units” charged, (yes, there are multiple units to be charged) and ready to put on, it was IMPOSSIBLE for the item to stay on. Oh, yeah, and #4, there should be instructions on how to put it on. Garbage product!

It took a a while to figure out how to use it. Once get a hold, it was easy to handle. Not sure about long term effect, but every time I use it, I do feel it was lifting my face. So I give it a thumb up. I’ll continue to use.
