I think some people are having trouble with the app because they aren’t reading the directions. When you’re connecting the device (after logging in) it asks for a password and that password is located in the handbook, it’s not your password when you log in.Anyway, I had this and the app set up in 5 minutes so it’s quick and easy to set up. It makes a slight humming sound when it’s on but I don’t notice it when my tv is on. It’s about as tall as a roll of paper towels and slightly wider than a can of monster energy. My house smells amazing (except the bedrooms, we leave those doors shut) with just one of these and it’s a little over 1,000sqft. I was able to put a whole 4fl.oz bottle of essential oil in it and the app shows how much oil I have left so there’s no need to constantly check the liquid level.

Good machine – needs more empty bottles for oils.
Works great – be sure to get the password out of the booklet when you set it up. I just wish I could buy extra empty bottles for it so I could rotate scents: Also would add some more options to the scheduling.

I have had several waterless oil diffusers, and have had mixed results. Most of them did not produce much volume right from the start, or quickly got that way. When this came up, I was really interested. It has a nice soft light on it for atmosphere, and it is noticeably larger than the consumer sized diffusers I had used before. That also means the amount of oil you will use is much larger. While most of the small diffusers either have a 10 ml bottle screw into it, or maybe a 30 ml bottle, this unit can hold 120 ML, ostensibly so you don’t have to change it often. Since this is suitable for any kind of spa or therapy place, I can see where that is an advantage.I should talk about the controls a little. I like the controls on the unit. It is pretty simple multi-button/swith. You push it to turn it on, and then turn the control to adjust length of timer of both on/off time and the amount of time you want it to cycle. I’ll be honest, I have not set up any web app for this. It just seems like an overcomplicating for something you can quickly use the controls. maybe it has other settings, but for my purposes these controls work more than well enough. I understand that the programming will allow for scheduling which might be great in a commercial setting. For me, the old manual Timer control is just fine.I want to be clear about this; it is not a cordless or battery operated unit. It needs a power outlet as far as I have been able to tell. It uses a fair amount of power I’d imagine as you would expect with the light and the fact it produces a pretty good amount of scent and diffused oil.So the big question here is, is it worth the price. It is more money than the “consumer” level diffusers. Of course, I have had to buy three of those In the last year because they are cheaper. This is more because it gives you more: better quality, more features, more production, and from what I can tell after a month or more of use, it is robust enough to use in a commercial setting. If those things matter, then this price shouldn’t matter, and is probably a bargain. I already have another one of the “cheaper” diffusers that is producing less and less vapor. A problem I have yet to see with this unit. This is without a doubt the best one I have used. I don’t think you will be disappointed with this unit.

AmazingFlower’s smart waterless diffuser is a very beautiful looking product that will compliment any room it’s in, both in looks and in function. Setting up the diffuser is plug and play and technically you do not need to use the app at all for you to get it’s functions. The little turn knob at the front of the diffuser has all the options available to you via the app with the exclusion of how much essential oil is left. However the app is quite nice and very straightforward, both in initial setup and functionality.The diffuser uses 100% essential oil only and in fact there are several specific type of essential oils that this diffuser doesn’t work with and they’re all listed on the box and in the instruction manual. So make sure you read through them to ensure a proper working diffuser.Once you’ve filled the oil bottle with your favorite essential oil you can turn it on and select between the intensity of the fragrance, how often you want it to emit said fragrance and how long before it turns off automatically. All these can be set by the knob on the diffuser itself or via the app. The scents that come out are really good and it spreads across our master bedroom very well. The LED light is really elegant and gives this diffuser a very unique look. I love just looking at it…it’s really that pretty.This is a beautiful diffuser that has smart features which are super easy to use. It absolutely fills our room with amazing scents and it looks gorgeous doing so.

I’ve been using this diffuser for a few days now and overall I’m quite satisfied with it. It works well, disperses fragrance efficiently, and looks very sleek on a table or shelf. The build quality feels solid, and once it’s running, it performs as expected.That said, there are a couple of things worth knowing before you buy it.First, despite how it appears in the product photos, this diffuser does not operate on battery power. It must be plugged into a power outlet at all times, and the images don’t show the cord. This means you can’t really place it in the middle of a table or in a cable‑free space the way the pictures suggest—something to keep in mind depending on where you plan to use it.Second, the included bottle is quite large (120 ml) compared to the small 10 ml essential‑oil bottles most people use. You can’t just drop in your usual essential oil bottle; instead, you’ll need to fill the provided bottle with water and add the essential oil bottle. It still works well this way, but it’s not as convenient as simply putting in a standard oil bottle.Overall, despite these minor inconveniences, the diffuser performs very nicely once set up.The app is easy to install and the device to pair via Bluetooth, although you should know that the password is the code printed in the booklet.The app allows you to set up different broadcast modes, operating modes, time slots, and remote control, which is really nice.The LED light, which can be turned off, is delicate and discreet, and gives it a chic look.
