Great Comfort & Support
The thick, high-density memory foam feels supportive without being too firm, and it quickly molds to your body for a really comfortable fit. One of my favorite features is the ergonomic U-shaped cutout, which helps relieve pressure on my broken tailbone from an accident last year that’s still painful when sitting on other tailbone pillows or any type of chair. This greatly helps for sitting for extended periods much more manageable.Another plus is the non-slip bottom and breathable cover, which keep the cushion in place and prevent it from getting too warm during long use.One suggestion is to measure your chair, then use the pillow’s length and then measure how much leg room you need. Turns out I need a bit more in order to get my back comfortably to the back rest. I solved that with a back pillow.Overall, this is a well-designed, high-quality cushion that delivers exactly what it promises. If you spend a lot of time sitting or need extra support for your back or tailbone, this is definitely worth it. Highly recommend!

Thick and Firm for Top Heavy w/ Sciatica
Top Heavy with Sciatica and it is the best relief I’ve felt in a while, it’s very firm, great quality for the on sale price, I put a plastic cover over it to due to allergies to keep dust and lint off of it and it still has enough room to continue expanding while in it. It’s plenty of thickness for me and I’m going to buy 2 more, one for my computer chair and gift the other one A++! Now I need a good lumbar support for my back.

Great comfort, maintained shape, love this cushion!
As a workaholic, I spend more time in my office chair than I care to admit. Additionally, I had a bit of a problem requiring…well, Tucks and Preparation H for the first time (ah, the joys of aging), and was quite desperate for some additional comfort when sitting.This cushion has been awesome! It not only helped with my, immediate problem (which has not returned!), but has really relieved back pain and helped my posture as well. It’s super cushy and has kept it’s shape really well over the past several months. I am SO much more comfortable at my desk. It stays on my chair without slipping and has been a decent value compared with the other cushions I priced.

Huge Improvement for Long Desk Hours, Comfortable & Supportive Cushion
I work long hours at a desk on a cheap chair with very little padding, and it was really taking a toll on my body. I already have neck and back issues, which made sitting even more uncomfortable. This seat cushion helped a LOT. The memory foam is thick and supportive without being too firm, and it immediately made my chair much more comfortable. One of the biggest benefits I didn’t expect was how it naturally improves my posture. It encourages me to sit up straighter, which has noticeably helped both my neck and back discomfort throughout the day. I can sit for longer periods with far less pain and stiffness. If you spend a lot of time sitting, especially on a chair that offers little support, I highly recommend this cushion. It’s made a big difference in my daily comfort.

Like sitting on a cloud full of down
I’ve only used this for a few hours on my couch while gaming, and I can tell it’s going to really help my back and knee pain. Ultimately, I purchased this for driving in a truck, and I’ll update if this ends up not working for that, but so far it’s really comfy and seems to be a good quality. I’m 6′ 2″ 308 pounds for reference, and this cushion offers really good support for me. Your mileage may vary, as I’m a large-boned dude with a slightly larger than average bum, and anyone blessed with some serious junk in the trunk may find this lacking in the width department, but the thickness is great, and it’s the perfect size to fit in my truck seat or in a car, or just on the couch as mentioned before

Great for after my surgery, with a few caveats
I had surgery in a delicate area, and finding a seat cushion with a larger cut-out has been a real chore. As a plus-sized person, I tried name-brands like Cushion Lab and Everlasting Comfort first, because they sell wider, denser cushion sizes that are marketed to those in larger bodies. When those were ineffective (EC was not very contoured/ergonomic and uncomfortable, and Cushion Lab — which we love most of the time — did not relieve pressure in my surgical area), I tried a few other alphabet-brand ones on Amazon that said they would support larger bodies, with various problems.This one claims to be only for those under 200 lbs, but had reviews from those at ~300 lbs who liked it, so it was worth a try. And it helped a lot — it finally allowed me to sit! The larger cutout is the main reason (why is this feature so hard to find???) but also the contouring is really comfortable and ergonomic. I do feel a little bit like I have to be perched on it just so, as it’s not as wide as I would like. It does compress quite a bit under me, but not to the point where there’s pressure on my surgical area. And the price point is reasonable. I think I will likely continue to use this after I’m healed up – it’s comfortable enough for normal use.I would ask that they consider perhaps offering this in two sizes, so that there can be a larger one with a somewhat denser foam (though the foam used here is not terrible) and, more importantly, with a wider profile for larger-bodied people. If it were just a few inches wider and had slightly denser foam, it would be a real contender for the best plus-sized seat cushion on Amazon, and not just for those with pain or problem areas.
