How to adjust the scent intensity？
In Scent Lab app: Spray Time 5–200s & Interval 20–600s.
Longer spray + shorter interval = stronger scent ; Fan ON = stronger.
Shorter spray + longer interval = lighter scent.
I don’t understand the modes. Why are there so many?
The diffuser app includes five working modes so you can set different scent strengths for different days or time periods.
You can configure settings for each day from Monday through Sunday
Why is the diffuser on but not spraying, or why is there no scent?
This usually happens if the app schedule is incorrect. The unit only sprays when the current time matches your “Mode” settings and the power is on. For example, if it’s 5 PM but your schedule ends at 4 PM, it won’t spray despite being powered.
Why was the scent strong at first but now weak, or why is it noisy with no mist?
This is likely due to oil residue buildup in the nozzle or filter. Oil thickness also affects performance. If the scent fades after weeks of use, try cleaning the nozzle and filter or using a replacement bottle to ensure smooth diffusion.
How do I adjust scent strength in the app, and what do Low/Medium/High mean?
Strength is controlled by Spray and Pause durations; longer sprays create a stronger scent. Note: L/M/H on the home page shows oil levels, not intensity. For example, 20s/60s is stronger than 10s/120s, while “L” simply means the oil is low.

I am delighted to discover that the Ziweo uses the same app as my other diffusers. I have one that is larger and another that is smaller. It is just the right size for me. It works exactly as described on Amazon. The instruction manual is easy to read. It is easy to use, and you control how scent is delivered each cycle.My only difficulty at first was figuring out how to correctly position the scent container after filling it. The obvious secret is to line up the slot and groove.

Awesome diffuser but loses connectivity with the Bluetooth as soon as you walk away from it. Even though it loses connectivity, it still will work holding the last settings. The reason I bought this one was it has a larger room capacity.

I’m unsure how much its actually diffusing
During the first two days of use the diffuser softly, audibly purred when diffusing. The huge bottle was only half full.Third day, I completely filled the bottle. I also made sure the bottle was fitting snuggly in its place.Diffuser is barely audible now. Output is very silent and invisible, yet I can feel it if I put my palm above the opening.This is the first diffuser I’ve tried in which I cannot see the misty particulates. Therefore, I’m not sure what its true output is even though I have it on the highest setting.My room is 1,000 sq ft. I’m unsure that it has taken on the fragrance as yet.
