Surprisingly helpful for better sleep
I’ve been using this device for a little while now and honestly, I’m surprised at how well it works. It helps me calm down and I’ve been sleeping better since I started using it. It’s light, easy to wear on the wrist, and feels pretty comfortable. I wasn’t sure at first, but so far it’s been a good experience. I’d recommend trying it out.

Interesting Gadget, But Plan on Doing Your Own Research
I was curious about this little handheld device as a way to help wind down at night without taking any pills. When it arrived, it’s exactly as pictured: small, fits in the palm, and seems simple enough. It has a few buttons for different modes and intensities. The problem is, it comes with almost no instructions on how to actually use it effectively. The box just gives the basics. I was confused, especially since some pictures show it on the wrist. I ended up having to search online to figure it out. It turns out you’re supposed to hold it in your palm, not wear it, and that one hand (the left) is supposedly for the sleep modes, while the right hand is for the focus/anxiety modes. This seems like pretty basic information that should have been in a manual. After figuring out how to hold it, I’ve been giving it a try. I can definitely feel the little pulses in my hand, which is a strange sensation. I can’t say it has dramatically changed my sleep after a few nights, but I’m willing to keep at it. It’s just frustrating to get a product that requires you to go on a web search just to learn the proper way to use it. It’s an interesting concept, but the company really needs to include a proper guide.

Seems interesting
I haven’t had the option to try this while sleeping yet. I got it for my husband who is a perpetual no sleeper. I occasionally have a hard time sleeping as well but I take pills for mine. Sleeping pills give him a headache so I am excited to see if this works. On the surface it seems like a great item. It has three different modes. I am unsure how to do use it for the others aside from sleep. When you use it in your hand and you turn it up you can definitely feel it like TENS unit. At the higher levels it makes my finger twitch. I actually like the feel of this. The unit looks well made.

Unpleasant.
The screen doesn’t look like it’s lit up all the way. The device keeps shocking me it’s not pleasant. It’s like touching a bug zapper.

Interesting device to help you and stimulate your hands to cause different reactions
Great piece of device to help you relax and massage your palm if you are either sleeping or having an active day. You can adjust different settings and find your favorite, whatever suits you. Making an extra research will definitely help you get that right vibration setting. It is not very big but it will be a hand full. Overall, happy with it

It has its uses
I got this hoping it would help me sleep because frankly, I’ll try anything I can find at this point. I was disappointed to find out that it didn’t really have any calming kind of effect on me. However, I did try the Active for the morning, and it’s pretty much just going to gently shock you into waking up. It’s not painful, it’s just a bit weird to adjust to, which I think is kind of the point. If you turn this thing up though, it’ll get ya!

Do your own research for how to benefit from this device
There is compelling evidence for the effectiveness of his type of device, when used properly, but there aren’t any specific instructions included for how to do that. My own research guided me. The device should be in the palm (definitely not on the wrist as seen in the photo!) and stimulating the PC8 acupuncture point. The device should be used in the left hand for the sleep and relax settings, and the right hand for the active setting. I haven’t spent more than an hour with it in use yet, and I haven’t seen any difference in how I feel, but I’m going to give it a few more hours. Being right handed, it’s hard to use it in my right hand in the active setting.

Interesting Sleep Aid—Still Testing Results
I picked this up for my wife, who struggles with sleep but can’t take pills due to side effects. The device feels well built and definitely delivers noticeable stimulation—kind of like a mild TENS unit. When I tried it on my hand, I could feel the pulses and even got a little finger twitch at higher settings, which was oddly relaxing. It has three modes, but I’m still figuring out how the non-sleep settings are supposed to work. So far, it seems promising and calming to use, we’re hopeful it might help over time.
