Not for small mouths!!!!
If you have a small mouth it will be too big!! And I woke myself up several times SNORING!!!

Works pretty well
So this works very well. I use a CPAP because I snore so bad, no sleep apnea, and it helps my spouse to get some sleep. So I took a gamble and bought this. It fitted very well with the heat. They were a little long so I cut them with some scissors and got a great fit. I got about an 80% solution. I snore maybe two to three times which is a lot better than what I would without anything. I did deduct one star because although not bad I would wake up with an irritated TMJ that didn’t last more than 10 minutes and wasn’t bad enough that I couldn’t eat. It is worth it and more of a test to see if they would work or not. For me though a good solution.

Great support overnight
I tend to clench my jaw while sleeping, and this guard has made a noticeable difference. My jaw feels more relaxed in the morning, and my teeth feel well protected. I’ve been using it every night without issues.

I’ve gone through a few different guards, and this one is by far the most comfortable. No rough edges, and the molding instructions were simple to follow.
