Block the transmission of pain nerve signals

TENS is a non-pharmacological, non-invasive method of pain relief, which stimulates the perceptual nerves by means of a mild microcurrent(usually less than 25 microcoulombs per unit of time) to block the transmission of nociceptive nerve signals to achieve pain relief.

WARNING

1) DO NOT apply over areas of known Cancer because of the risk to potentially spread the cancer cell through enhanced blood blow.

2) DO NOT apply to patients with known Heart Disease, heart failure, or arrhythmias as it may adversely affect these disease state conditions.

3) DO NOT apply over or close to areas if you have AFib or where an electronic device is implanted (pacemaker, neurostimulator bone growth stimulator, defibrillator, etc).

4) DO NOT suitable for Pregnancy women.

Mode Selection:Main Mode: Press the M button to select the main mode. Sub-mode: After selecting the main mode, press the Center Button to choose the corresponding sub-mode.

Intensity Adjustment: Press +/- to adjust the intensity level (both pads must be worn simultaneously for adjustment; intensity affects usage effects).

Timer Setting: Press T to select the duration (10–60 minutes), with a default time of 20 minutes.

Screen Lock: Long-press the Center Button to lock the screen.

Why is the effect not good?

1. Low battery level: Insufficient battery power reduces output power, making it unable to effectively stimulate muscle contraction.

2. Incorrect mode selection: Low frequency (<10Hz) is mainly used for muscle relaxation, while high frequency (>50Hz) is more likely to cause muscle tetanic contraction.

3. Electrode pad issues: Dirty electrode pads, dried gel, or aging can hinder current conduction. Regular cleaning or replacement is required.

4. Individual differences: Everyone has different tolerance levels, and sensitivity varies across body parts, leading to different usage effects.
