Item received in good condition in a branded box. The box contains your EMS machine which is a large circular machine with a carry handle and two large foot placements and centre controls.The machine is easy to operate and although a little strange on the first few uses you really do get used to the feeling and I found myself actually feeling like I needed another massage session and realised that the improved circulation the the machine creates has really been helping me.The body of the machine is well made and very durable and able to take weight of your legs placed on it with ease. The footpads show you exactly where to position your feet so you will always get the best massage. The unit is rechargeable which makes it nice and portable and I can move it and use it where I want. Charging it is very easy and the battery life is pretty good too. The controls are easy to understand and use and I like the fact its very simple to operate and not over complicated.With a great selection of intensity levels and different modes you can find what suits you best or vary it a little bit. After each session my legs feel great and rejuvenated and I especially like using it the day after a run when they often feel a little heavy and tired. It helps take away tiredness and small pains in my legs in a completely different way that a traditional massage would.

As far as TENS devices go, this one is fairly no-frills, with a very basic but functional remote, but it needn’t really be any more complex than it is, because it does its job nicely. There are 12 modes, with various rhythms, as well as 20 different levels of intensity. The intensity builds fairly quickly as you progress through the levels, with levels 5-6 feeling quite strong to me, so I doubt I’ll ever reach anything above level 10.It’s comfortable to use and there are also pads you can attach to other parts of your body. I haven’t used these yet as I imagine the adhesive has a limited lifespan, so am planning to save them until I actually need them, but they can be plugged into the device and controlled in the same way.The machine is rechargeable via USB-C, but based on how slowly it seems to drain, I think I’ll get a fair amount of use out of this between charges. I use this mainly because I get pain in my feet and ankles after running, and it seems to make a noticeable difference.

Most days my feet are either locked away in cycling shoes or shuffling round spreadsheets, so I treated myself to the KTR-4037 electric foot massager. It is roughly the size of a shoebox and comes with rolling nodes, inflatable sleeves, three pressure levels and a gentle heating plate. The fabric liners unzip, handy when one of the children inevitably tips juice inside, and it happily swallows my size-12 feet without feeling cramped. That is quite an achievement when you are six foot three.The first session felt heavenly. The kneading rollers homed in on the arches where my plantar fascia usually howls after a long ride. Within a couple of minutes the heat crept up to a cosy forty degrees or so, ideal for a cold Glasgow evening. The air cushions give a firm squeeze, though my five-year-old thought they were a bit much, so anyone with smaller or more sensitive feet should start on the lowest setting. The motor does make itself heard, about as loud as a desk fan, and the unit is a bit bulky to hide under the sofa.Build quality seems solid, the controls are straightforward and the fifteen-minute auto-shut-off saves me from drifting off entirely. For the relief it provides and the sturdiness of its construction I would score comfort and quality very highly, with only the size and noise counting against it.

Was very happy with this product, easy to set up, the pulse pads are amazing for other parts of the body. But best of all are the results after using, legs are feeling better than they have for years. Very much worth every penny.
