you don’t blow into these like a whistle. you exhange air softly–but even still. this one broke.
at first i was very pleased with this–the combination of aromatherapy and the 528hz tone was a great choice. but a little over a week into wearing the necklace and using it (gently). the reed/or sound maker disloged and the whole thing just became an empty tube to blow into. crap quality.

This review is for Breathing Necklace for Anxiety ReliefI do really like this product but the one I received does not have a whistle built into it and it is not an oil diffuser. It’s a simple silver straw like design for breathing in and out slowly for calming your nerves. I liked it because it forces you to slow your breathing down and focus on your thoughts and intentions. I liked it and would recommend this to friends, especially those who may be considering quitting smoking. The necklace part is a good length which made it easy to put into my mouth but not too long to be annoying when wearing it.

Not really sure what this is supposed to do… I tried breathing into it but it did not make me take deeper breaths or need me to blow into it hard. Makes no noise when you blow into it. It’s a nice quality necklace but I don’t see how this is supposed to help anyone with anxiety. -3 stars for lack of instructions and functionality.
